Shocking service. Called to arrange a property viewing. Was told someone would call me back. No call back received so called again next morning. Had to dial number 4 times as call hung-up/dropped out as soon as answered. Mentioned this issue first as felt it important to let them know but received a very curt reply… “well, you’re through now, so how can I help”. There was certainly no desire to “help” from this lady. Wouldn’t recommend using this organisation who lack front of house courtesy and respect for potential customers.

Not to be trusted with respect to residential property transactions. Avoid doing business with this firm if at all possible.

Trying to contact regarding my mother's will. Emails and call don't get replied.

Shocking communication from start to finish, had to constantly ask for updates as complete radio silence throughout the whole house purchase process which added massively to an already stressful situation. I put in an offer on a property and hadn’t heard a yes or no back, then 5 days later they phoned me to ask how my viewing went! They hadn’t even given the offer to their client…. Then after a catalogue of errors and zero communication and me being forced to chase them up again about yet another issue, I then receive a notification from Wilson and Duffus telling me to stop contacting them!!Do not use this firm to sell your property and if you are unlucky enough to be buying a property from them good luck

This firm dealt with my Mother's Will and Power of Attorney as well as my own Will which needed to be created in relation to my mother plans. All were dealt with in an exceptionally professional manner with the partner even making personal visits to my mother in her own home on more than 1 occasion. The fee for all this, was what I at least, would consider very reasonable. The knowledge of the partner Lyndsey Fettes on estate planning was exceptional all questions answered during our meeting.

Absolutely appalling service. Almost 3 years since my dad's passing and the service and lack of communication that my mum is having to suffer is beyond ridiculous. Avoid at all costs and so you don't have to deal with the stress of not knowing where you stand after a bereavement. When asking for an idea of costs, being told not to worry about it" is far from acceptable. Especially when terms of business state that a breakdown of costs will be provided."

My wife and I took advantage of the November Wills-aid offer where our fee monies went to a charity instead of the Solicitors. This did not diminish the quality of service from Fern who met our every request, efficiently & courteously

Ridiculous place, no communication for months, all stages of work take much longer than necessary. Now withholding release of money from estate for a month after completion, still no communication or explanation. disgusting customer service when dealing with a bereavement and property title transfer/confirmation. A simple 1/2 month job has taken over 6... avoid!

Took the November Will Aid offer up. Fern was excellent and walked me through all the steps. Very welcoming staff. Thank you.
