Very bad customer service please don't bother to go there. The worst customer service and company I have ever seen in my life.

Following a very competitive quotation and excellent service for a large job earlier this year, which I was more than happy with, I asked Signs Express for another quotation for a small job on 1 September. However, 27 days later, and after several phone calls and emails later chasing the quotation, I still have not received it. I am very disappointed to find that after my initial very good experience, this company can’t seem to be bothered to quote to customers with small jobs. I have now found an excellent alternative local supplier who quoted within hours and I won’t be going back to Signs Express.Ron Bridle.

Signs Express were quick at providing us a quote, that was very competitive compared to the others we had requested. The team were efficient at communicating, advising and providing quotes for varying possibilities to meet our restricted budget requirement. The installation team were brilliant, the install was well organised and all sorted on our behalf through the landlords. Turn around time was excellent. A great job all round.

Signs Express were very helpful, understood my requirements and provided a quotation very quickly. When asked to deliver in 1 week rather than the quoted 2-3 weeks they delivered and installed within the 1 week. Excellent customer service.

If I could give 0 start is 1 to many. Martin Prodger, needs to grow a pair since he can't be bothered to answers calls or emails to potential customers. He gave me a quotation and after I agree to do the job. 0 communication. Every time I call he is out of the office or in a meeting. If you enjoy wasting time, Martin is the best at that. Approach this company and Martin like COVID -19.. stay away..
