Lots of staff very attentive and knowledgable .Lovely service from the lady who served up. We needed to do an exchange which was hassle free then we bought a black phone case which my daughter loves .

I wanted to exchange a gift and was really pleased that they agreed as a goodwill gesture. But found one member of staff rude and preferred to be more pleasant to male customers and dismiss myself which made me hurry and choose just anything.

Lovely small shop but unfortunately didn't buy anything. Bracelets seemed overpriced for wot they were in my opinion. Lot smaller than looked on line. Nice helpful staff

Wanted to buy a necklace and Josh was very helpful and nice bringing the necklaces out and helping me try them on .Would recommend buying from here as staff are very friendly and helpful.

Called in on Thursday my mama's ring had lost a stone. Emma was very helpful and all the staff went out of the way to help. They give me a gift card so my mam can choose a new ring as the other ring was now not available. Its true to say after care goes along way in retail. Thank you again Emma and all the staff at Newcastle store. Its appreciate good service.
