I’ve had a really positive experience with the reception team here. They are always able to accommodate me where they can, the wait times on the phone can be long at peak times but that’s expected.I needed a hard copy of my appointment record and they were really helpful and spent a lot of time helping me locate the right appointments needed and printing me copies. The doctors appointments I’ve had have always been within the window allocated, although it can sometimes feel rushed they do have to keep up with a schedule.Overall the experience has always been positive.

Appalling. Say well clear. Extremely long wait times, on the phone for hours. Staff seem to have not received any form of training. Unqualified and inexperienced Nurses and GP's. I have reported them to the GMC and Safeguarding Team.

Called at 5pm to check results that have to be checked by phone in only, I’d much prefer an email or letter.After 30 mins I got down to 1st in the queue, then still no answer for another 30 mins. 6pm closing time comes and goes, another hour of my life wasted on hold. Time to hang up and try again however at this point I’m resolved to just walking in to ask them, worse phone system I’ve ever encountered.

Firstly, I’m having to wait over a month just to find out what a letter says that surgery received regarding my health. Secondly, some time ago I telephoned surgery in the morning just after 8am but ended up waiting in a long queue to eventually be told that there aren’t any more telephone appointments available and that I had to try to telephone again the next day - when I later that day walked into practice though, I overheard a receptionist offering a face to face appointment to her friend. Totally disgraceful

Handed all my forms in to re-register including i.d etc then when I rang up they denied all knowledge of them saying that I hadnt put them in . They then hung up on me . Awful service . Absolutely disgusting !! Maybe I could learn to knit and join the Knitting group in the surgery waiting room while I wait 6 weeks for a G.P appointment! I've been with this surgery a year now and it's been like gargling with Sand trying to even get a blood test appointment . You are expected to join an hour long telephone queue and get cut off at the end of the queue . Prescriptions not done ,lost test results . 6 week wait to get any scan feedback . The list is endless from this truly appalling service.

Receptionist is very kind and will tell me how long a wait is I've been with these guys since 2017 but lately since the pandemic it's seems to have gone downhill I have a condition which can be passed down from mother to daughter and it took me a year and half to get this diagnosis

Over subscribed and still accepting new patients. Also they're often under staffed and sometimes have to close.

Very poor service lately . I've been with them for ages and they used to be so good. Lately you have to wait for hours in the phone , sometimes with no answer and sometimes to be told 9 am to call next day again and again as there is no appointments available.And when you finally get to see someone the doctor is so so rude and treat you like they don't want you there and makes sure you are uncomfortable enough to not call again soon .Its ashame as they used to be so lovely and kind towards the patients

Very friendly and approachable staff. Reception Team great. Excellent hca, nurses and GP's. Also paramedic brilliant on call backs.

Essential prescriptions not signed off on time and I always have to follow up to see what's happening. Can't get a requested and important blood test appointment for weeks. In essence the doctors seem good, but the administration/management isn't up to duty of care and therefore substandard.
