I love the Ecco brand and having a store in my city is very convenient. In this shop in particular I feel very welcomed: the staff is very competent, knows every model and can very easily recommend the right model for what I was looking for. Both Zoe and Edoardo were very helpful and did an amazing job following so many clients at once in a very busy Sunday afternoon. Also, being able to speak Italian with Edoardo is a huge plus for me!

Drove an hour round trip to buy shoes only to find out that they actually close at 5 and not 6. Update your google opening times and stop wasting everyone’s time!

I bought a pair of men's Hybrid St1 . They are tight on the bridge and too long. I was a fool not to walk around enough before buying. It's my fault, as it's too late now to take them back, besides I don't have time to trundle off down to the centre of Cambridge. My fault entirely. They are made for Asian feet-, not European
