This Surgery is easy to contact when it comes to setting appointments and other queries. But it takes a lot of patience when it comes to placing repeat prescription. Today is outstanding, five times! I couldn't believe, I was made to dial again and again and it was the 5th time I was served. It was always the same thing said to me, to dial again and press 2, which is a very easy instruction. Yes it takes 5 times!

The POOREST sefvice I have ever used. The site is almost unusable in parts. Who designed this? Who uses it? Strongest suggestion - remove the site immediately and get someone who knows to redesign it properly. THEN - get the Doctors and STAFF to use it regularly (as they don't seem to at the moment.) No point in having it at all if it isn't used and useable.

Very poor service from the pharmacy department, for the last three months I have had lots of problems getting my medication.I order online give 7 day’s notice as required.1)They have said they haven’t received my order2) I have not ordered the item on my prescription3) when they have gone on to there system and printed the prescription request . It is dated the correct date give the the right amount of notice and all of the items I need.4) so why is very rude member of staff saying I haven’t given them enough notice or order the correct items .5) I suggest the employ someone to do the job properly.

I feel very lucky to have such a good surgery near me. All the staff reception, nurses doctor’s and pharmacy are great. Any problems are sorted with my medications and can always get an appointment when needed. Thank you

Excellent care here. Empathetic, patient, polite and informative. Surgery is bright and clean. Dispensary on site is very convenient, as is parking. Registration fast and simple. So far our family have experienced children's vaccinations, blood tests, general check up, physiotherapy and prescription renewal and all have been very good. Wait o phone-in has never been very long and appointments available within reasonable time for general needs.

Just had to visit the surgery this afternoon and the receptionist could not have been more helpful. The lady took several minutes to resolve my issues and I left feeling delighted I was now dealing with a doctors surgery who cared for their patients. Long may it continue …

Loved this surgery. All doctors have been attentive and helpful over the years. Recieved a letter this morning to tell me due to moving out of the area I am to register more locally. While I understand and respect the reasons it is sad to have to go else where. I hope I will receive the same respect and understanding in the future. Great Doctors be proud. Thank you.

Second time already I got the wrong prescription for my son. I’m starting think and question my self if these ppl are qualified enough and I’m thankful to have listened my and my partner’s instinct
