I wanted my caravan serviced, its first one. Rich booked me in very quickly and arrived as arranged. Completed the service on Caravan storage site. I am very p,eased with the service done and the additional advice he gave me. Just waiting for confirmation of next year's booking. I would recommend his services to others.

I spoke with Richard regarding an electrical fault on my caravan. Due to work load challenges at such short notice Richard talked me through checking a few things myself which I was happy to do and rather than charge me to come and remove the power supply and send it away, recommended a repair company for me to use directly. Richard was really helpful, patient and full of advice on the phone and would definitely use this company again

Had a habitation check done on my motorhome on a Sunday at home! Very efficient and convenient and Richard made me feel at ease when I asked the stupid questions inexperienced motorhome owners do. I also now have a gas fire that works! Very reasonably priced so I thoroughly recommend him and will certainly ask him to do my next check.

Rich is very knowledgeable and was very patient with us as first time van owners during the service he did on our van. He offered a lot of advice, hints and tips during the service which has saved us a lot of research time and money spent on unnecessary purchases. Would definitely recommend and will use Rich for all our van needs going forward.

Rich has just sorted out a fault on our caravan heating and hot water boiler and our caravan fridge. We are really pleased to have been able to get both problems sorted without too much hassle to us, as he did the repairs at our storage yard without us having to be there. Nothing is too much trouble and we highly recommend his services.

Rich from RJ serviced our Basecamp. The price was way less then a dealership. He was prompt, polite and thorough. As well as servicing the caravan he fixed a few of the minor faults that the caravan had left the factory with. We are very pleased and have booked our service with him for next year already.

A sudden illness prevented me from taking my caravan to the dealership in Nottingham for its annual service. I explained that to maintain the warranty, I needed to have the service done quickly. Rich was quick to help and performed the task within two days of me asking - and this was on his day off! Brilliant service and very reasonable prices, too. I would definitely recommend the services of this company. I have a fairly old, and much loved, motorhome which is a family resource in which my husband and I have had many memorable, happy holidays both in this country and in Europe, and it needed the toilet fixing. I had absolutely no idea where to take it, or who to get to fix it, as there are few companies in the hull area who repair motor homes, but luckily for me a flyer dropped through the door advertising RJ caravan services. I contacted them and Richard agreed to come and assess the problem. He was very punctual, polite and helpful. He came back, took the relevant part to pieces, identified the problem, took it to be repaired, brought it back and fixed it and it is working now, much to my Relief, all in the space of a few days. On every occasion he contacted me to say when he was coming back, took the time to explain to me what he had done and gave me useful advice about various aspects of the motorhome. All for a very reasonable charge!Richard was very professional, knowledgeable and competent. I will have no hesitation in using the company for servicing and repairs in the future if needed and will recommend him to other people I know in the area who own caravans or motorhomes, and I am glad I found them.
