Forget Me Not Children's Hospice Royton Shop

Don't buy furniture from here unless you have your own transport and people to help you carry it into your building. I discovered they have the brass to charge £15 for delivery but refuse to provide a full service. Their drivers are employees not volunteers, they say, but they refuse to carry any furniture upstairs. So if you've bought bedroom furniture or live in a block of flats, hard cheese. They'll bring your purchase to your door but then dump it in your hall. When I'm paying for a delivery service, I expect the item to be placed actually in my home, in the room where I want it, as is normal practice. They don't even have the honesty to have a notice in their furniture section explaining this, nor did they tell me when I asked about getting the item I wanted delivered. I was only told they don't provide the normal delivery service when I started to discuss when and how they might be able to deliver the item as the intercom is not currently working in my block. I get the distinct impression that if I hadn't said anything they would have taken my money without telling me they couldn't actually deliver my purchase to my flat.

Awesome place and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Superb charity.

Really cheap prices and good quality products, friendly service and also children's dvd in excellent condition are a steal at only 25p each

This place is a gem of a shop in Royton. I have gotten some huge bargains from here, like a couch, bread maker, juicer, clothes, baby stuf, gifts. They also deliver which is so helpful. Employees and volunteers are very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely shop with some amazing little trinkets and lovely furniture. The staff are lovely too so that's a bonus.

It's a nice charity shop, actually where I got my wardrobe and a lovely TV stand too alittle while ago!

Furniture is overpriced, I know its for charity but the people who shop here are usually struggling too. The manager with blonde hair and glasses has been quite rude a few times I've been here. I have gone to donate a few times and it's full for the day (post covid) Overall its a good charity but the manager ruins as most of the staff are lovely.

1st and last time I visit this shop and I love charity shops. The customer service was shocking not to mention the rude and borderline racist remarks made my the lady at the till who was making nasty remarks thought-out to us and another customers. Would not recommend at all both ladies ruined our whole experience especially if you allergies and other aliments. Discusting treatment.
