Honestly, one of the best yoga classes I have ever done. Kate has this incredible way about you making you feel completely relaxed but also staying respectful and honouring how yoga is meant to be practiced. It was challenging yet completely zen. Kate... thank you. You are amazing!

Having never done yoga before, Kate made it an enjoyable and comfortable experience and is clearly very knowledgable. The location made it such a wonderful class - with beautiful views over the estuary. Would recommend any day! 10/10

I loved Kate’s yoga class on a Wednesday morning! A fun practice that pushes you to try new postures, but also allows you to relax. I really enjoyed her adjustments too, something that not many yoga teachers seem to do anymore. Her attention to detail to create a safe and positive space to practice is second to none. I highly recommend.

Kate’s classes are one of the more enjoyable parts of my life!Calm, concise, clear and energising. She brings a freshness to yoga that makes me want to return again and again. It’s a little different from most other yoga teachers in a good way.Plus if you’re very lucky, you get a poem at the end!

I recently attended an evening of yoga and supper at The Grain Store which was catered for by The Bosko bus. I practice vinyasa regularly and wasn’t sure how I’d feel about a slower practice but Kate completely changed my mind; I absolutely loved it. Absolutely beautiful venue and what an incredible way to unwind and take a breath, Kate is a fabulous teacher and for someone who rarely switches off I actually found myself able to zone out. All of that was made even more enjoyable by the incredible food from Charly @ The Bosko Bus, can we do it every week?!

I attended a yoga and supper evening at the Grain Store and it was such a beautiful evening. The yoga was very relaxing and great for connecting my mind and body, they both felt so much better for it. The food was delicious and felt very nourishing, and it was lovely to sit around a table chatting to other participants. Kate was such a great host/teacher, she created a very welcoming atmosphere and I felt she really cared for throughout the evening. I look forward to doing it again soon.

Kate is a wonderful yoga instructor. She creates a calm, welcoming and totally judgement-free environment, encouraging everyone to move to their own ability. Each of her classes are thoughtfully tailored, whether it’s an energising flow or a relaxing yin. I thoroughly recommend her classes and hope to practice with her for a long time to come!

Joining kates yoga classes has been very helpful for my yoga practice, and it has given me the realization that yoga is about much more than just posture, but also inner peace. Kates classes have massively helped my back problems and the sun rise classes always set me up for the day ahead. Kate is a very kind, welcoming and supportive yoga teacher and would 100% recommend Kates classes to anyone new to yoga or experienced.

Have loved Kate’s classes! Interesting and challenging flows which she closes with a beautiful and calming reading or poem. She takes the time to get feedback and really cares about how the class feels!
