I had a great experience with Dolphin Living. After expressing my interest, i was contacted the same week for a viewing. Just a few days later I met the requirements to be Selected.Raakhee was dealing with me and I only have positive things to say. She was prompt, diligent and efficient in dealing with all things including paperwork, viewings and any queries I had. Its only when you have a bad experience with other letting companies that you realise how much of a smooth process I had with Dolphin Living.

Fantastic organisation with great properties and helpful staff. Thanks to living in a fantastic Dolphin flat the last 2 years, we have been able to finally save enough to purchase a property of our own. Our flat was well cared for, central and the management organisation largely quite helpful, particularly given the size of the building. If you have the opportunely, move into a Dolphin flat and save up a deposit!

I lived in a Dolphin property in Central London for 4 years and couldn't have been happier. Very affordable price for London standards, great apartment and repairs dealt with promptly. A way nicer experience than renting privately with estate agents.

I was selected to visit the flat 5 weeks ago, 2 days after I was chosen to live in there. I moved a month after the confirmation. Fast, same day reply to all queries. Raakhee was in charge of my case and she could not be faster, friendly and giving me a best service. Quite pleased with them. Totally recommended.

My husband and I are very pleased with our experience with Dolphin Living. Rakhee and Ellie were amazing in helping us with the papers and quickly answering our emails regarding all the repairs we required to be done at the property before and after we moved in. We love our current flat. It’s well cared for and right in the centre of London, which we would’ve never dreamt of with the price we’re paying.

I have seen the flat of my dream in 13th Dec and after that I had an excellent experience during the process with Dolphin living and managed to get the key after a very short time. Raakhee was a super star dealing with all the paperwork and especially thankful to her to make my wishes came true for this Christmas and new year. Highly recommended.

SLUMLORD!! Olivia Harris running affordable housing SCAMM . Don’t get fooled by beautiful shiny houses from the outside. Living inside is not so shiny and glamorous. Dirty DISGUSTING communal hallways, noisy neighbours and antisocial behaviour is quite common in these buildings and Dolphin Living director’s seems to care less. They took bigger bonuses home by saving on soundproofing. Dolphin Living created beautiful Political stunt by Boris opening their building.

Great service with great rental opportunitiesMy experience with Dolphin Living has been great from viewing to approval to actually moving in. There had been a few hiccups in terms of shifting dates and things of that nature leading to us moving in but Raakhee and the team have always made sure we have been kept informed every step of the way.The properties available are incredible and the service is second to none. Definitely recommend.

Applied for a flat fee months ago and now me and my family live there.Raakhee Lohur was most professional. She assisted us on every step of the application, regularly updated on the prices of construction and document checks. Was wonderful to meet her in person on our viewing day.Would fully recommend their service!Had a very pleasant experience.
