Great service all round. Booked me in the same day and got both my boot and bumper fixed in less than an hour. Reasonably priced and waiting room was decent lol ( not standing in the cold!)

Always received good service at reasonable prices, especially for us women car owners. Friendly staff and experienced.

Very good garage with excellent service including communication and updates to let you know exactly what they are going to do to your car before ordering car parts.

I have been a loyal customer of pinpoint for 8years now and refuse to go anywhere else. I feel comfortable leaving my car with them and any repairs/service is always done to a high standard. When calling up to book in, my appointment is always within a reasonable time and I am always updated on the progress. Also as a female I have never felt as though i am being “overcharged”as I have with some garages. Everything is explained to you fully and if I don’t understand something or have questions, I am always listened to and don’t feel silly to ask questions.I have recommended all my family and friends to use pinpoint, which they all do.Thank you Bunty and all the team

Wont visit again. Mots you get random advisories. Went for oil and filter change today, doesnt accept own oil and filter because he makes money on parts. Wanted to charge £108 for his own oil and filter and it might take 3 hours labour to change oil and filter. So for an oil + filter change this guy wants £200+

I went here for my MOT today and received a very friendly and professional service! They explained everything to me really well and I felt in good hands throughout. They have a nice little waiting room space too. I would 100% recommend this place!!

Would definitely recommend called up on the Tuesday afternoon van was in and being worked on the next day did a good job for a good price can't knock them definitely useing again

Very courteous right from the time of diagnostic and then instillation of the parking sensor cable and sensor. Quoted and managed to complete the work in given time scale.Excellent service returned the car in clean condition
