Luci was the agent for the property I have purchased. It was a whirlwind time - only spotting the property on its “best and final” day! Luci managed to secure me a super short notice viewing on the day with the agreement of the sellers and I am so thankful. I absolutely fell in love with the place and my offer was accepted the very same day. What is there that Luci isn't capable of? Our house sold with her within 72 hours after being on the market for months without so much of an offer from another high street Estate Agent and that speaks for itself really.Luci has demonstrated clear communication, a can-do attitude and has always been responsive and professional.Overall, we wouldn't hesitate recommending Luci to anyone who wants a no nonsense Estate Agent whose communication is impeccable and doesn't miss out important details. Luci is amazing. There’s no other word for it. Despite the fact that Luci was our seller’s estate agent not ours, she went above and beyond for us! The other estate agents in our chain were utterly useless but Luci pulled out all the stops to not only make sure the sale actually happened, but also to ensure that we were looked after. Being heavily pregnant when moving house is quite honestly the most stressful thing I’ve ever experienced and we had so many issues with the bottom of the chain, but Luci was wonderful and kept us informed throughout, chasing the chain where other estate agents should have been taking responsibility. She even came over to visit me to talk through the situation and make sure I was getting the truth regarding the issues coming to light.If I’m ever daft enough to put myself through the experience of moving house again, I will be using Luci without any shadow of a doubt.
