I am very happy to recommend Henry & Sons in Hinckley. They did an amazing job of coordinating our move from two separate houses, to one.Right from the initial enquiry with Raj, I was treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism. Everything was explained very clearly and we were supported every step of the way.The assessment was very efficient and done by WhatsApp video call. Again, carried out in a friendly, patient and professional way.On the day of our move, the guys were all outstanding. They kept checking in with us and making sure we were happy with how things were going. I had so much trust in them as I could see how careful they were being and how well they worked as a team. They worked so hard and nothing was damaged or lost.I wouldn’t use anyone else if I had to move again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

From the initial contact with Henry and Son Ltd, we have been impressed with this removals firm. The office staff and assessor took trouble to explain all the necessary details and, when circumstances changed, continued to be most helpful. Moving day was made so easy and free of stress for us by the lovely removals team. They were very efficient and helpful and did everything professionally and with good humour. We look forward to meeting them again when we move from storage to our new house.

Moved home last week with Henry & Son Ltd, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service, both before and on the day.Initial survey carried out on my previous home, answered all our questions about the move.On the day, the moving team arrived bang on time, got right to work and cleared our previous home very quickly. The team were professional, courteous and engaged with us throughout.Once at our new place, the team had the vans unloaded quickly and all boxes put into their assigned rooms. We really could not have asked for more from Dave and the team.Thanks to all at Henry & Son for making moving day as smooth as we could have hoped for!

What we thought was going to be a daunting two day move of nearly 150 miles, actually became an easy pleasurable memory thank to Henry & Son. From start to finish everyone was exceptional and professional. Raj in the office was patient and thorough but when it came to the move, Dave and his two trusty colleagues were outstanding in every way. Many many thanks to you all.

Excellent service throughout. The people who did the move (my apologies for not remembering their names) were phenomenal. Worked hard when loading the vehicles and then unloaded. Professional, courteous and asked questions about where to put the unmarked boxes. They took away any anxiety on the day which went smoothly.Recommend using this company if moving house

We moved from Birmingham to Hinckley and the last 10 days were very stressful in terms of exchange and completion.Henry & Son arrived to pack us on the 26th and September and did a great job! Justin and TJ were organized and respectful of our belongs. They weren't afraid to ask questions if the need arose. A great team. Dave headed the team on moving day. Everyone introduced themselves and again they were friendly, polite and respectful of our home. When we were delayed getting our keys, Dave gave advice and was reassuring. The job was completed in good time and the welcome to your new home card was a nice touch. Raj in the office couldn't be more helpful and Gail sent us al the paperwork as soon as we accepted the quote.Great company, good people, would definitely recommend.
