Just another shout out and thanks to Luke and the Pandora team @ HQ Redditch. Had an up grade from the Smart Pro V2 to Pandora Elite because been craving for that New LoRa OLED remote. I don’t know what it is but after 2years am still like a kid with playing with this alarm on my car. Luke has been really helpful and explained everything how to use the system and kept reassuring if there is anything don’t hesitate to call the team at HQ. Highly recommend getting the Pandora Car alarm.

Booked my car in for security/alarm for peace of mind. Arrived to be greeted by Tom and the fitters. Very welcoming and went through what I was having done. They explained about the different security systems available and I chose to upgrade from what I had previously been booked in for. I went for the Smart Pro V3 in the end as this was best suited for my car. I was kept upto date with the progress on my car. I arrived to pick my car up later on and I was given a very detailed handover by Tom who went through everything I had to know. He listened to everything I had to ask and any questions I had. If your looking for security/alarm for your car this is the place to come too. This is my go to place now. Thankyou to Emma also who had to keep dealing with my phone calls too.Thanks again guys

I had the Smart Pro V3 system installed to my Mustang GT at the start of the week. Professional company to deal with, went through all the options with me and helped me pick the right one for my car. Friendly team on arrival, even offered to book me a cab to a local shopping centre whilst I waited for the system to be fitted. Didn’t take as long as I had allowed time for, and the guys spent as long as needed to demo and help me get used to my new system. Had it on the car almost a week now and I feel safe leaving it anywhere. I’ve showed the system to my friends which has helped me get used to it further and everyone thinks it’s a great system. Couldn’t recommend pandora enough. Thanks guys.

Just bought a new car and it came with a Pandora alarm, called the Redditch site for help and spoke to a lovely lady (so sorry I didn’t get your name) - she took her time explaining everything to me and even called me again to go over a few in case she hadn’t mentioned on the phone call. Now that’s what I call customer service. To the lovely lady that called me back, thank you so much. (If you’re top brass seeing this, find out who she is and give her a pay rise). Thanks again.

I'd originally opted for the Storm immobiliser, but following discussions with Ricky, Mike and Billy, and a detailed explanation of the differences, chose to install the Smart Pro. Very thankful I did.The upgraded functionality provides much greater piece of mind. It was installed on my Vanquish S, and they took care of it like it was their own. The team took time to get it right, and the car came back spotless. They provided a good demo of the features during handover, and have been so helpful to guide me on use and features when I got home.Very professional with their approach and install. I'd whole heartedly recommend them for your vehicle!

Thank you to the Team at Pandora! Visited the Redditch HQ on Saturday and had a Smart Pro system fitted to my Abarth. Luke who did the install was very knowledgable and friendly, making sure I was fully aware of the system, how it worked and all of the features.
