Had the potential to be a really good service provider however attitude & customer service could be greatly improved. I personally found him quite rude, inflexible when it comes to rebooking appointments with reasonable notice. Was informed that they would not like to take me on as a client as I was less than 5 minutes late to my appointment.

I have been going to Jimmy for a number of years now and have always received the highest quality of service. When I found him based on his reviews, I had never had hair removal treatments before. He took time to explain the treatment and answer all of my questions. The results were great and I have never experienced any side effects or ingrown hairs by following his aftercare advice. I would definitely recommend him!

After a long research online for a first time intimate waxing experience, I chose to visit Jimmy.I was very glad I did as the whole experience was 5 star and very professional.To start with, my timings were quite tight as I was going on holiday and Jimmy very kindly opened up early to accommodate my appointment. The first sign of what a professional guy Jimmy is.It was my first experience of an intimate wax and Jimmy made it very easy, no embarrassment and all very relaxed.The treatment room is exceptionally clean.He uses 2 types of wax for different areas as the comfort level is different.The intimate area wasn’t as bad for discomfort as I thought it would be. By the time you have registered the shock, the pain has gone.Jimmy is definitely a master of his craft and if you’re thinking of getting any waxing done, this is the place to go.

He's a lovely friendly guy and his clinic room is very clean, and during the various covid regs he's been very careful and considerate. Another visit to see Jimmy but this time at his new premises.As expected, it was spotlessly clean and the right environment was set for the treatments.I had the intimate wax and as before, Jimmy was just amazing. The whole process is as comfortable as is possible with the high quality products Jimmy uses as well as his experience and expertise.Above all, Jimmy himself is a total professional and just a really nice guy. This is why I don’t bother going anywhere else and travel to have my grooming sorted in Jimmy’s hands.Go, you won’t be disappointed
