Attempted to repair our boiler, which was working but needed a part replaced, this did not work and left us without heating in the depths of winter for 2 days. Didn't seem overly bothered or rushed by this.Second attempt at repair worked" for a given value of worked. We had heating but hot water didn't work properly afterwards. And then the heating gave up again.I got a second opinion who said we should have just replaced boiler. He in fact chased CS

Superb timely service from Chris and his team. Our boiler had been making a horrendous whine and we were concerned about it. A quick text to Chris in the evening and he replied to say that we were best to switch it off until his guy could look at it. Graham was here mid-morning the next day and had it serviced and working again in about 30 mins.He also provided some pragmatic advice and guide prices for our future options on the boiler when we asked - it is approx 20 years old – but there was no pressure to change anything, he felt that there was life in the old one yet.I would fully recommend CS Plumbing and Heating – a great service all round!

Extremely pleased with the friendly, professional and prompt response we got when we experienced boiler problems in the recent cold snap. Would highly recommend.

Bad experience the person who turned up didn't seem to know what he was doing and broke the clips on the boiler door, then denied doing it. But he had to jam a piece of old wood under the door to stop the whole thing falling out. It had been fine before and then after charging £72.00. for a service, he sent in a bill for £123.00 to supply and fit a couple of clips. When I asked him how much do the clips cost he did not know. I asked him as an act of good will, as he was the one who broke the clips in the first place, would he reduce the bill a bit. As the company receptionist said it seemed rather expensive. He just started shouting at me and told me to contact training standards if I wanted to. This job was for my disabled sister who is a vulnerable adult and has carers to help look after her.Be aware of this person.............................................................In response to your reply;Sir,You should check your facts.The bill for the service was paid on the day over the phone with your receptionist. It would have been so much easier if you had called me to discuss this matter over the phone, but you never did!

The company did a great job, the installer was very friendly, helped us make a decision on which boiler to get. Chris was amazing prompt and professional. We would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for many years ahead. Thank you

Job was to replace an old radiator with a new one. 5 stars for Louie who arrived when expected and did a neat and tidy job. We found him to be friendly and professional. Much appreciated! Rated 4* rather than 5* overall because of a breakdown in communication when planning the job, but over all we're really happy!

Supplied and fitted a new boiler in December 2021. Answered the phone when called and even got a call back when I called a second time. Then 12 months later, engineer Mick was called to start boiler as it was frozen, cured this then returned again to service the boiler. Excellent work and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

I recommend this Company.I have recently had a boiler service, I requested if possible to have a first call .So I could get to work for 9am .The engineer Mick arrived earlier than I expected which was perfect for me.He said I will get a reminder for next years service too .He was clean and tidy and a credit to your Company .Thankyou

This is a long overdue review for a plumbing repair I needed carrying out for a shop in Wellingborough after covid lockdown during 2021. I had a water heater fitted by an electrician who damaged the water connection and I subsequently called upon several high rated plumbers around Wellingborough town centre that wasted my time and quoted silly prices for an exaggerated job. CS plumbing fitted me in and fixed the pipe in under 45 minutes. This here is a great plumber who does an honest job. Highly recommended (take note)!
