Called Danny at 5pm on a Sunday evening, he was with us 7.30pm and had diagnosed and fixed the problem (blocked drain) by 8pm. Amazing service from a really friendly guy, we are so happy we called him!

Danny diagnosed the problem, worked diligently and most importantly was reliable keeping us updated. Was also useful seeing all the photos and explanations so we were able to understand the situation.

External drain totally blocked and sewage spilling over side passage to my house.Dan responded promptly to the request to attend and he managed to clear the blockage in less than an hour on site. He also cleansed the area afterwards.Courteous throughout and explained what had caused the problem and the action taken.All good now. Highly recommended.

Danny came out on time when he said to my address in Clapham.Was able to identify the blockage causing the kitchen sink to back up fast.He then explained what needed to be done and the rough time it would take.Problem was then recitfied and double checked over.Having had my fair share of tradesmen in the area it's refreshing to have found someone very reasonable and transparent.

Great service! Had an issue with a blocked pipe affecting two toilets on Friday evening and they were able to send someone out on such short notice, though it probably helped that their office is nearby to SW3. Danny was polite and also walked me through what the issue seemed to be, and the steps he took to resolve it. He even double checked to make sure everything was cleaned up nicely after. Quite costly, but worth it in my opinion for the few hours turnaround time and thorough work on such a cold night.

As an overseas landlord the need for reliable and trustworthy contractors is paramount. Recent issues at a property were attended to promptly, efficiently and professionally. Excellent service Danny, Shane and the team were on the job within a couple of hours of calling. We had a blockage 8 meters from the access point and it required the correct machinery and experience to navigate to find the problem. They percerviered where two other drain companies previously had failed to clear the blockage. I would definitely recommend them, they provided a honest and friendly service.

Highly recommend iDrain. They investigated and diagnosed the causes of our problem thoroughly and then returned within a few days to rectify them. This included work in and outside of our property with both areas treated with care and respect with no mess or damage left. Plus all work carried out with a smile.

I contacted iDrian for a blocked drian in Wandsworth at my rental property. The drainage specialist engineer arrived within one hour and kept me updated throughout the works.Was really impressed with the digital invoicing system they use, also included photos which was ideal as I was not present. The drainage engineer also carried out a cctv drain inspection so we could see exactly the before and after.Will definitely be using again.
