What a little gem of a shop ✨️I needed to get my daughter new ballet shoe's ready for next week.The lady who's shop it is. Couldn't of been more helpful !! Will definitely go back to her shop for more dance wear / footwear in the future.La Danse is very easy to find as well. Just a 2 minute walk from Foregate Street.I did make an appointment for a fitting as the website suggests, which was fine.

I bought my point shoes and flats here and had a fitting. The lady was super nice and very competent . They have a huge range of all point shoe brands, sizes, widths,… I felt like in heaven in this shop and will definitely come again.

I visited La Danse today to buy a pair of tap shoes, jazz shoes and character shoes. I couldn’t fault it. Britt was knowledgeable, kind and honest which is exactly what you need. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dance shop that really knows what they are doing!

Opened up on request at last minute, had exactly what I needed, brilliant service. Make sure you call to arrange appointment, don't just turn up as it may be closed.

The lady serving me stopped to answer the telephone. She was more concerned with helping someone return her child's ballet shoes - bought online from another supplier and not from the shop (I heard the whole 15 minute conversation). I waited patiently for her to finish. She then dealt with a walk-in customer, keeping me waiting for a another 10 minutes. During this time I had tried on 2 pairs of shoes. She advised me that she could order more shoes in my size, but I would have to buy them. This confused me as I am perfectly capable of ordering shoes online and would expect not to pay for them if I was unhappy with the fit. Not impressed.

It's rare to find someone who is as knowledgeable and engaged as the owner of this store. She took such care and attention when fitting my daughter with pointe shoes, and made records for future visits. I wouldn't go anywhere else for dance shoes now and am pleased to have found this place, which will be part of our lives for many years to come. Worth the 45 minute drive.

I brought my little girl here for her first ballet dance outfit. I can only describe it as a little girls dream. The girls in there were very attentive. Took the time to try on several outfits with my daughter to make sure they'd fit. Spent time talking to her, even though the shop was busy. You get what you see in there. Fantastic, warm friendly advice.

I really love this little gem of a dance shop, found in the middle of the Hopmarket, in central Worcester. I've been bringing my daughter here for a couple of years for her dance supplies. Now my husband & I have also taken up dance there was no other place to visit than La Danse! Britt and her staff are extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about all aspects of dance, being either current or former professional dancers themselves. The shop has a long history (I got my dance shoes as a child from Britt's mum!), and I've recommended it to many other friends & mothers. The pointe fitting service is exceptional (must book an appointment) and all major brands are stocked or ordered in if needed within a few days. Will definitely be returning again & again...
