Eden estates have been amazing from start to finish! My partner and I were unsure whether to make the jump of moving into our second home but Eden reassured us and have been there for us throughout the whole process. Nothing is too much like hard work for them, they are so willing to help, so friendly and supportive. Angie was amazing with organising viewings and keeping in contact throughout the whole process. A special mention for Caroline, she has been phenomenal throughout our moving process. She is so helpful and friendly and without her the process would’ve been a lot more stressful! She is brilliant in contacting solicitors and estate agents and checks in weekly to update you- I can’t fault her!Thankyou Eden for making our move so stress free!

What journey it has been with Eden Estates. From their first visit in 2020 where they valued our previous home to last week where our journey ended and we moved into our new home, Eden have been fantastic from start to finish. Very patient and never pushy. Even when we decided to come off the market after our previous home sold for the first time, they understood our reasons at the time and never had a negative attitude towards us. They were more than happy to wait until we were 100% ready.When we decided to go for it again around march 2022, they were as efficient as the first time and sold our house above the asking price, their sales agents are fantastic.Because of the long chain, the conveyance process was lengthy, and very stressful at times especially near the end but a special mention to Maddie Berry (Move Manager) who was excellent. Maddie always stayed patient and professional until the very final moment, we’re very grateful for her help. Always kept us updated throughout the process.Thank you Eden you were brilliant. Ollie and caroline are an asset to eden and without them i would never have sold my house. They sold my house in less than a week in this hard market and exceeded all my expectations. Jon came to value the house and really gave me the confidence they would sell my home and true to there word they did. The photographer was on point that took the photos of my home and was very ocd and made my home look amazing on the website. Caroline really supported me throughout the process and updated me on everything that was happening. She was chasing the whole time to get this sale though and in 8 weeks i was sold and completed and it was all stress free which normally isnt the case. We have just exchanged on the sale of our house with Eden Estates, which in turn has allowed us to buy hopefully our forever home.From the start John gave us an honest value of the property for it to sell - rather than set a high price and have to sequentially reduce it as it became old news.The marketing was done very well with good descriptions, accurate floor plans and a very nice set of photos.Angie and Holly generated a lot of viewings and we had a good solid offer in around 3 weeks which then allowed us to put an offer in on our purchase. The communication was excellent with lots of contact for viewings and immediate feedback after the viewing which was really helpful.The chain we were in ended up becoming difficult due to issues with the sales / purchases which were below us. Caroline came onboard at Eden part way through this and really had a lot to deal with a short run up.I really could not have wished for better help and support from Caroline getting our sale through and I know she also provided the same for our buyer. I cannot thank her enough!I would have no hesitation in recommending this agent.
