Numerous people parking in the disabled bays over the course of 30 mins who weren't displaying disabled badges including a car which a staff member got into. Should do more to remove those parking in these bays fraudulently. Don't serve them until they move their cars.

Four staff stood about chatting to one another. Dirty tables inside and out, dirty cups and plates on tables inside and litter outside.Service was polite and fast but as we were the only customers I wouldn't expect to have waited

My favourite place to get coffee when on the way to Norfolk - Service with a smile, and the lattes and chocolate chip cookies are excellent :)

Cannot really comment on atmosphere since we were only customers.Didn't eat anything but our drinks, summer coolers were delicious.Can say really pleasant,patient and friendly staff. Will stop here again when we make this journey.

Nice little Starbucks tucked away at Newark roundabout on the A46. Not too busy so service was fast but friendly and although some stores can be hit or miss, they made a superb pumpkin spice latte with plenty of syrup, cream and spice so happy to go back more often now.

Premises were okay, it's clean and quite modern although the interior shape makes every sound much louder than normal. Coffee was fine but service awful. Could barely hear the young lady taking our order and the people making / serving the drinks couldn't be bothered. They were more interested in talking amongst themselves than actually serving paying customers. Complete lack of customer service.

Dirty tables, dirty cups. 3 girls behind the counter laughing and joking whilst 5 tables need clearing. Been here 20 minutes and still the same.Ordered tea and the girl absolutely drowned it in milk, rather than give a small jug. Only came here to charge the car? We won't be back.

Great location just off the A1. Staff are really friendly, precise and quick. There's a drive thru and electric charging points. Gets some beautiful sunlight through the windows when you sit in.

Broken fridges so lacking in food somewhat, and it's great taking a name for the order, but Dave's quite a common name and this easily caused confusion with the staff who managed to mix up the drinks. Generally only visit as get blue light card discount and it was a convenient stop off on our journey.

The Eggnog coffee is a bit too sweet but festive for sure. The ham and cheese toasty never disappoints. Nice service. No background music, what would make the atmosphere better IMO.Thanks anyway!
