Clean and tidy, stock well presented, seems to have all makes sizes on the floor, staff member who helped us was polite and helpful. Rest of staff seemed to be having a chit chat, probably because the store was empty and well presented so nothing to do I suppose.Happy with purchase all in all good experience was had.

Looked at shoes for 15 minutes while waiting for anyone to go and get the other one to the ones I had picked. Gave up waiting, went and stood in the queue for another 5-10 minutes, asked for the other shoe and apologised for asking the cashier, she said she was supposed to be in the shoe dept, went to get the other one, 5 minutes later passed them to me at arms length and turned straight back to the shoe dept. I looked around to see 7 people now in front of me with one cashier! I put the shoes down and walked out, it shouldn't take almost anhour to buy a pair of shoes in the middle of the day, no wonder people shop online!

I gave Sports Direct a poor review a year ago for a bad experience. I have to say that they have come a long way in the last 12 months. I ordered on line and items arrived fast and in mint condition as they should be. Had some great deals to. They should give free delivery for orders over £50 or maybe £70.

Husband tried buying a jacket but none of the zips worked, bought a couple of items, when we mentioned to the staff member who served us she didn't seem too bothered, also we told her that some sale items were dearer than original price, again she didn't seem to acknowledge what we had said, she just laughed. Game is also a business in this store and we wanted to buy a toy and the staff member said we had to go to the game counter but their staff member just walked off so we didn't bother

Went to look at safety shoes, there were plenty to choose from. In fact I've had to go away and do some further research before purchasing. The prices and quality seemed fairly good

One of the worst of the supply chains. Whatever you buy. If it doesn’t fit a refund is out of the question. Staff attitude stinks. Your automatticly told its company policy your getting a credit note. Not your cash back.Absolutely shocking shopping experience. Part with your cash get a credit note for your faulty items. Personally I expect a full refund not a credit note.
