The Veg Box Company

A friend brought the Mixed Box along to a weekend away. It was a brilliant idea for a weekend self catering because everything we needed was in the box and so easy to pack. The vegetables and fruit were so well packaged and yet not waste full. All of the produce was so fresh and so tasty. I was blown away by the choice on their website of availability of an array of products. I have ordered for myself as a regular order but also as gifts for family for Christmas. Give it a go !

Very disappointed about all the fruit delivered. Both green and red grapes were small and 50% of them was mushy. The blackberries and blueberries had no taste. The strawberries was very Plain and 3 of them was mushy. Never would I ever buy from this company again. I wasted £26

Absolute joke of a company. Poor quality produce, delivered late (over a week) both times, badly packaged resulting in most of the produce arriving damaged. Complaints either go un-answered, ignored, or rudely dismissed by the supposed owner of the company. Asking for refunds just results in being offered vouchers - but definitely won't be buying from them again. Plenty of other options out there which offer better service/produce.

I ordered a basket of fruit from the Veg Box for delivery to a friend. Unfortunately the basket didn't arrive. I contacted the company and asked where the basket was only it didn't arrive at the destination.I got all the help and answers I needed with a huge apology. I was told that the basket would be sent again as they don't understand what had happened. They would contact the Courier to find out.It was due to the couriers closing a couple of their depots so nothing the Veg Box Company could do about that. The Veg Box Company told me they would send another one out to my friend and it would arrive two days later. It was explained that had I rung earlier my friend would have received it the following day.However, it came when it was promised and my friend ended up receiving, not just one basket but, two baskets of fruit. She was delighted. It proved to me that the Veg Box Company do care passionately about their business and their customers.I will be using them again and will recommend them to everyone I know. I do highly recommend the Veg Box Company for your fruit and veg shopping. The prices are very reasonable and they go that extra mile to ensure a premium service. When things go wrong they sort it out quickly and efficiently.

Terrible. Had a £50 voucher to spend on fruit and veg. After several failed attempts, finally made a successful order for delivery on 23 December to help with cost of Xmas food. Order was later cancelled due to the voucher partners not paying The Veg Box Company(??) and after speaking with The Veg Box Company, they will not deliver after 16 December, despite not informing customers of this when placing the order.

Ordered a box of 5kg juicing oranges for 20GBP (Including 5GBP delivery).These oranges does not tastes good and they are over expensive.You can go to local store near by and buy them and probably they will be ultimately cheaper and tastes lot better than these.

Disgusting service ordered a box never arrived rang and asked for a refund and I was flatly refused.Disgraceful service

Absolutely awful..doesn't even deserve one starVeg arrived mainly off Absolutely disgusting rotten kale and other veg slug in with pakchoi ..mouldy tomatoes and mushrooms definitely off shocked on opening the box avoid at all costs absolute disgrace ! Most inedible ..will not use again and strongly advise others not to use either ..

I have been using this company for about a year now. The fruit , vegetable and fruit boxes are fantastic. The freshness is amazing and the delivery is brilliant and always arrives next day. I have recommended friends and family to this amazing company.The customer service here is brilliant and they are always helpful. Best fresh produce boxes around. That’s for sureUpdateI have decided to no longer use this company after a lettuce arrived infested with dead flies and items stated on the website where missing from my box. I don’t believe the produce is as fresh as they state.They don’t value customers and you are just seen as an order number.They just don’t care and ignore your emails. They don’t need customers so avoid them. They are not the only company who offers this service. Shop around.They don’t need your custom because they don’t value customers. I have been a customer here for a over a year and I feel like they don’t care.They have let standards slip and only care about their new tiktok fan base. I also don’t feel comfortable having my name and location read out to everyone on tiktok lives. I know they packed my box on a live because I had no name of who packed it on my order and the owner also told me.They have begged me to stay a customer but that’s the final straw for me now.I’ve been a customer here since November 2021. That’s how long I’ve been using them and this week I won’t be using them ever again.I was meant to be send a free box this company with the items I was missing. I was told first it would arrive Thursday at first then Friday. It’s funny because the owner was sorting this out as a sorry and so far I don’t feel very impressed.I emailed this morning for tracking and I’ve been told it’s been send. They are trying so hard to keep me as a customer they even bribed me with a 5% voucher for a year. I can see as a valued customer I’m only worth 5% to them.They don’t care about the customers here and only see you as a money maker. I’m done for good with this company they are so unreliable and enough is enough.Don’t shop here please. They don’t deserve regular customers because you get treated like rubbish by them.They didn’t even ask me what day I want the replacement order send out on. They told me total joke.I never got the things they were going to send out. They are a rude company and now ignoring my emails.

Customer service is terrible they start with fake promises then ignore you completely. Emails don’t get answered. My voucher issue has never been resolved as promised, which was a mistake on their end as and I lost out on it. I did not lie in my review as it says in the reply. I have not received the email. I’ve seen many other reviews saying the same. Are they lying too?
