Springers manage our properties, and indeed have done so for many, many years. What do we think...?Well we have been delighted with the way Jeff and Ben have supported us as landlords, from carefully interviewing and vetting tenants to keeping a watchful eye on the flats and getting things sorted when there are occasional problems.And just as importantly, we think they also serve our tenants well; by listening to their concerns and ensuring any problems are immediately bought to our attention so they can be sorted immediately before they escalate. They've given us expert advice, both on a day to day management and legal level. I suppose we trust them completely with the letting side of things. Indeed, so pleased we didn't go to some of the bigger estate agents in the town that charge a lot more - and don't know you from Adam!Couldn't recommend this little family run business more highly for personalised and friendly hands-on support.
