Jack and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Regularly used a franchised business previously. There is a world of difference between Frank Browns and other businesses in the area. Will be using them in the future. MOT and customer service from the lads is definitely the best in Derby!

Excellent little garage with a family feel and values. Took my pride and joy camper van in for diagnostic and full service first class work and very reasonably priced for the work done. This will now be the only garage I will use .

Very friendly and polite staff and a exceptionally clean MOT station.I was made to feel welcome and the technicians and management were extremely detailed on any questions asked regarding my vehicle. Awesome garage with friendly and helpful staff. I was refuelling my car at the petrol station opposite and it failed to start back up. I ran over to the garage and Liam and Jack came to my assistance! The car was started and they also gave it a quick winter check. These guys are incredible. Honest and professional. I’d used this garage in the past and found out it has changed management. It’s fabulous. They will have my business for sure in the future and I’ve booked my car in for an MOT here based on the help I received today. Great garage!!!

Really great place. I chose this business after I was quoted an insane price from a main dealer. Not only was the quoted price here more sensible they determined the work was not even required! I encourage everyone who uses main car dealers to give these guys a chance. Nice clean workshop and very friendly staff, highly recommend.
