Lee’s expert knowledge of both the construction industry & the Koi world meant we were in safe hands when we asked him to take on our project. Lee & Gary delivered & installed our EZ Pond, EZ pod & all the associated pumps & piping. They answered our many questions, helped us move & transport fish & literally did everything needed to get the pond up & running. We can’t wait to get a fish or two from him next & would highly recommend West Midlands Koi to anyone.

West midlands koi recently upgraded our filter to a Red Label Drum Filter after discussing our options with Lee. It was the best decision we ever made. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our equipment/fish. Great prices, excellent knowledge, amazing service. They are always very honest with us and feel like they treat us as friends rather than customers. Always have the fish's/customers best interest.

Took a drive to West Midlands Koi today to have a look as just getting into the hobby. lee was very helpful and gave me some great info. His place was well presented and had a great range of dry good and fish. would strongly recommend.many thanks for your time

Excellent service from West Midlands Koi throughout. Lee took the time to show us a variety of different options and helped us choose what would be best for us. From installation to aftercare, Lee and the team took care of everything. So happy with our pond/koi and its reassuring to know that West Midlands Koi will be on hand if we need any further advice. Received delivery of my EZ2000i on Friday 26/08/22. Lee delivered it personally and also fitting a few extras to life easier once it was craned in place. Great, genuine bloke and was extremely helpful from start to finish. Great communication and nothing was too much trouble. Could not recommend Lee and West Midlands Koi enough. Can't wait to put my fish in their new home.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service! West Midlands koi went above and BEYOND! My partner rang up needing a filter urgently that was out of stock everywhere. 20min later he got a call back with the filter and offering delivery 2days later. He beat everyone else on price point and really made my partner feel like a valued customer. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Couldn't recommend them enough really fantastic experience. Thanks again!

We had a pond installed by West midlands koi and the whole process was so easy. We wasn't sure what we wanted so lee allowed us to his property to see all the different options. He was honest and no pushy sales which was great. We finally made our mind up and the pond was delivered and installed. Lee is always on the end of the phone if we need him. Amazing service and amazing products.
