First impressions are awful as there is a massive queue and unorganised system to get people through the door, even if you have booked.The rink and experience itself is good. As a non regular skater it felt busy on a Sunday which I guess is to be expected. But as a novice it's not the most pleasant experience when you have people cutting in and out at high speeds.

We've taken the children here to watch the ice hockey and on both occasions it's been brilliant. Really family friendly atmosphere and a fast game that keeps the kids entertained. They have a 'chuck a puck' game for children to join in with at half time. Dress warm and you'll have a blast!

the reason I am giving Oxford ice rink such a poor review is merely because the toilet facilities were absolutely shocking. After purchasing drinks from the cafe I went downstairs to the toilets and was appalled by the lack of care and cleanliness. Two cubicles were out of order, two out of the three other toilets didn’t have locks and the smell and cleanliness can’t be described as any better than disgusting. It was a real shame because I had fun on the ice but it leaves a bad taste and puts me off coming again.

We read some of the feedback before we came but were glad we ignored the negative feedback. The rink was great and felt really open. The 2 members of staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The person on the rink itself was amazing and gave our kids some great ice skating advice. The whole experience was a positive one.

We took the children. They both used snowman supports to begin with. When my wife fell over no one came to help her and I needed to help the children so was unable to help her.

We visit every Friday(Disco Night) with my 5 y.o. son. Management recently stopped allowing skate aids on the ice on Friday evening - leaving some parents with no choice, but not to come ice skating on Fridays. Good luck to those, who can make it only on Fridays!!!Toilets are not the best, but we have never needed them so far.On the other hand, the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Particularly Amy who's usually at the Rentals and another young lady (short hair, always tied and with dimples). Thank you!

Lovely and clean. My daughters were competing last week over 2 days. Friendly staff, ran on time despite the hot weather challenges! The only downside I found was the parking but there is a shopping mall with plenty of space close by!

First staff are friendly and service is good. Went during the weekend so was quite busy. Large queue for rentals in general and the rental ice skates do appear to be quite worn out, similar to the building, plus booking system is overly complicated and needs registration; hence the 3 stars.Tips:-lockers are available, though bear in mind are 0.20p coins (you can ask reception for coins); no bags are allowed on the rink.-I would recommend parking at the Seacourt Park and Ride then taking the shuttle bus and walking to the venue if you plan to be around Oxford for the whole day; more space and better value.
