Eden Mobility Scunthorpe

I phoned Eden mobility this morning in regards to my broken power chair and they was no help and wouldn’t help me because my power chair isn’t from them. That’s fine they are missing out on my custom and other people in the same predicament. I don’t like the look of there equipment anyway and luckily another company in scunny are going to look at my chair for me. I’m writing this mainly so people who end up in the same situation as me don’t waste your time with Eden mobility.

My dad suffers with COPD and is finding it hard to get about so we went along to look at mobility scooters. I was so impressed how helpful the staff were. The salesman went through what requirements my dad needed and how much my dad could lift etc and was not pushing to sell the most expensive model he started with a lower priced one and then asked dad if it felt right. My dad chose one a bit over the price he wanted to pay and the salesman knocked off a hundred pound for him. It was delivered and demonstrated how to assemble etc. After couple of weeks dad got a phone call from Eden to see how he was getting on with it. I think the service is outstanding and would definitely recommend to anybody.

So upset and angry I have a mobility scooter with eden and I have had nothing but trouble with it breaking down all they keep doing is replacing batteries ime left waiting weeks so ime paying for a new scooter that I carnt use due to waiting for parts and an engineer. Feel so let down by eden .

I bought a scooter from this company 18 months ago. The scooter has recently broke down on me. When I contacted the services department they were not interested as I live too far away, but the distance was no problem when I bought it and they delivered it no problem. After sales problems disgusting. When I had the scooter checked by an independent engineer the problems were numerous including a note saying THE MACHINE WAS HELD TOGETHER WITH WOOD SCREWS".I am in the process of contactin"

Absolutely appalled at the customer service of this company. My parents bought a scooter from Eden and had so much trouble with it breaking down constantly, contacted them numerous times to get it repaired, excuse after excuse to send engineer out to fix it. Still waiting now for customer services to call with an expected part arrival date from August. Unacceptable timescale and shocking customer service, unreliable company in my opinion. Would shop elsewhere.

Everytime I have been in staff are friendly and are helpful. I very rarely go into the store however they still remember me and why I was in the last time and ask how I am. I would recommend this store.

Took my mum on Saturday to look at a mobility walker,We ended up buying one !!The lady in store was very helpful she explained everything to mum, altered the handles for her, and off my mum went!So THANKYOU very much !!

Just went in to buy a small item, but got excellent customer service, as I always do here. This is why I continue to shop here for all my mobility needs

I am blown away as to how amazing Eden Mobility is. Extra special thanks goes to John Bolton, my husband needed a scooter and after a phone call everything was sorted, with care and compassion. We were made to feel welcome by Michelle at Scunthorpe. There was no pressure, everything was done at my husbands pace. I tell everyone to go to Eden Mobility. You guys are just the best. Thank you for everything.

Charged more than advertised, see screenshot from their web page. Went into the shop in Scunthorpe and was told it was £15 for the wire basket. Even with VAT it shouldn't be that price. Women in the shop said that's the price she has to charge.I looked around in the web and bought with free delivery for 8.99. I advise all of you to look elsewhere!!
