If Suleman was at all worried when I enquired about airport transfers for 16 Scouts, he certainly didn't show it. Two minibuses were arranged and the pick up from Horwich, and the return journey one week later, went without a hitch.From start to finish this was a very professional service, communication was excellent and I even got a text at 2.50am to confirm the Scouts had been safely delivered to the airport.Suleman is a gentleman who clearly understands the importance of good customer relations. Will definitely be using this company again.

I have been a regular of Suleman's for many years and have used him for airport transfers as well as city destinations. He always arrives at least 10 minutes early, even at a time like 4AM, and his vehicle is immaculate. He is very polite and is always aware of my flight details. He has also picked me up from Heathrow, which I was surprised he would do and arrived on time, and got me back to Bolton in no time! His prices reflect the excellent quality you receive. Great service me and my wife are slightly older well elderly. Been over 3 years since we have flown aboard. We were confused so we were privileged to have suleman the owner as our driver. He parked in arrivals at terminal 1 took us through arrivals up the lifts to departures and to the check-in desk no rush didn't charge us extra did it with a smile. Put us at ease fantastic.On the return we had a lovely young lady driver sent us a text to say she was parked in withinshaw just let her know once we had pur luggage. Met us in the arrivals carpark great driving even bought her 7 years old daughter.Got to respect her single mother working. Will recommend to neighbours and friends. A top class service from start to finish. Clean and comfy transport, safe driving and excellent communication from start to finish.Our return flight was delayed by 2 hours and the cases took 1h 20m to be unloaded. No problem - Suleman dealt with it in a relaxed, friendly and reassuring manner. He even offered to stop at the petrol station so we could get some milk!!This action sums up what a great service this company provide and this is certainly not your average taxi company.

Very friendly driver we went to student union Oxford Rd Manchester for a gig there are a lot of restrictions for motorist around this area dropped off close to the venue perfect on the return too busy our driver parked the car up found us no messing about on tricky phone conversations absolutely fantastic went the extra step thank you
