Really fantastic service. All of the drivers are lovely and always arrive on time or early which is very much appreciated. Customer service is also fantastic, there were some issues with their app today (which never usually happens, been using them most days for about 6 months) but everything still ran smoothly and Ausman from the customer service team responded to my emails super quick with my query I had. Best taxi firm I’ve used by far

An angel came to our rescue tonight. Myself, fiancé and our 7 month old daughter had broken down less than 5 minutes away from our house, a road that is a main carriage way. We had been stuck for an hour with a car that was determined not to start. He demanded that my fiancé and daughter were out safely in his car and he helped me get my car to a safe location and then took us home free of charge.I just want to thank this man for essentially saving my family’s life tonight. God bless you.I cannot thank you enough

AVOID AVOID AVOID! The worst customer service ever, totally unreliable!Taxi driver turned up 25 minutes late which has causing me to be delayed and rejected for entry to an event that I spent a huge amount of money for. During this period, I was also unable to communicate with the taxi driver.The lack of timely service was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable, especially given that I had made prior arrangements for the taxi and had provided ample notice.I sent a couple of emails and hoped to find a resolution but got ignored.Never use this company again and don’t recommend!

Used this firm for the first time 18/9/23: taxi arrived on time but parked on the other side of the street, not outside my flat. Car was a Mercedes saloon, tried to sit in the back but the combination of my disability and the low roof ruled that out; had to squeeze in to the passenger seat while avoiding the traffic owing to the car wrongly parked.Never again.

I am very disappointed with the service provided this weekend.We had x 2 journeys pre booked for Saturday evening, total cost being £160.The driver who collected me was 10 minutes late and then proceeded to take the total wrong route, driving very bizarrely - 10mph in certain areas (for reasons I could not see) and sudden sharp breaking. I appreciate it wasn't an in city route but the driving really was quite poor, it made the journey time much longer and we were all quite travel sick when finally arriving. With being late, going the wrong way and driving so slowly we were late by a total of 50 minutes! Which had a huge impact on our evening. The driver was also rude and behaved quite intimidating when he realised he was going the wrong way, blaming it on me. I had provided the correct address when booking the service.Then the driver who collected us wanted to charge me an extra boundary fee (I have no idea why, all of the postcodes were given when the booking was made) and a £20 waiting charge even though once we were made aware he was there we came out within 5 minutes. The driver said he had been waiting for 30 minutes but I had no missed calls and had not been made aware of his arrival, assuming that he was also late. He was also very rude and insisted on charging me extra which I refused to pay. This driver did not take me to my final destination, my friend drove me home after our second stop.Overall, such a disappointing level of service, I have used this company for over 5 years to varying levels of satisfaction, but I can say I certainly will not use them again.

The most useless and unhelpful firm I have ever used. Unpaid 3 times via the app and they refused to send a cab.Fair enough, the charges were returned, so I wasn't out of pocket, but the absence of service is completely unacceptable

I have used this service for a very long time and never had a fault until today.The operator was very rude and cancelled my taxi after I called and complained.I pre-booked a taxi to arrive for 8.15 to ensure I get my children to school on time.I received a text AFTER 8.15 to say my taxi had been dispatched. The taxi arrived at 8.40, I understand the roads are busier at that time however the operator was very rude, unhelpful and clearly didn’t know how to do his job very well.If he had understood had to his job, he would have ensured that the taxi driver should have been dispatched before the time it was due to arrive.Moreover, the taxi driver was not happy with the operator either and complained about him and thanked me for complaining.

The worst taxi service in Worcester- completely unreliable and lost me a lot of money. Turned up over half an hour late (after a lot of phone calls) to a pre-booking to the train station- missed an £80 train to Edinburgh, and then cancelled last minute on me and my friends on my 25th birthday meaning we couldn’t get into a venue we had purchased tickets for. After cancelling I rang and they told me I was “high priority” to get another vehicle, and when I rang 10 minutes later to check it was a 6 seater as originally booked, was told there was in fact no taxi coming, and I would have to wait another 40 minutes for one. USE WOOBER INSTEAD!! Much more reliable!

Appalling they're only getting a one-star review because unfortunately I can't give them a no star review. I phoned for a taxi as I had a train to catch I was told five to ten minutes 20 minutes later the cab still hasn't arrived I've phoned the operator and he said like a robot yes it will be with you in five to ten minutes every time, I said you said that 20mins ago he just kept repeating five to ten minutes... eventually I got a message saying you're cab is on its way and will be with you in 20 minutes" needless to say I miss my train and spent a fun hour waiting on the platform for the next train on a Sunday afternoon. If these people were anything approaching competent and professional they will give an honest reply to when a taxi is available. Total waste of time"
