Fruit and vegetables needed checking as too many of them were bad ,. The check out counter was filthy and you are having to put your food on it then put it in your cupboard , fridge or freezer when you get home . Not good at anytime but especially in today’s climate. The whole store needed a good clean

Staff don't care more interested in home delivery then people in the store self service not good especially for disabled access. They also need lessons on how to fill shelves as there prices never match up to the stock and I don't think they know what stock rotation is

Nice clean atmoshere , covid safe , distancing and restricted areas well marked . No queuing outside but products seem to be a little more expensive than comparative stores which puts quite a few people off shopping for the week here , but ok if only need the odd item .

What a joke!! I went in yesterday to buy bits, security stood in my personal space at the self-check out and finally when I paid I asked for a receipt.. When it didn't come the security guard told me not to go anywhere and accused me of not paying. When it was finally clear I had paid I actually returned all items and brought them from tesco up the road. Member of staff told me security was nothing to do with staff and that they (co-op) hadn't done anything wrong... Not what I want to hear when I felt wronged. Hadn't in my co-op members card and won't be returning to co-op... I live less than 30 seconds from there which illustrates how annoyed I am

Never have anything in stock, empty shelves most of the time. Least the cash machine works (most of the time)

Bread is finished very quickly here. There is a homeless person hanging out in front of the store; he is harmless though. Staff is very helpful here and cashiers are nice too (an exception may be seen from time to time though)

Went to use the Paypoint service, and the first two members of staff had no idea how to carry out the transaction. Finally the manager was called and went through the transaction without a problem. Seems like a clean, bright well appointed store, just needs a bit more attention to staff capability.

Good well stocked shop with lots of offers. Seems to be alot of reduced price foods which is handy although I hope it does get sold as there's always alot. Staff are not very friendly apart from a couple of people, but it's usually very busy and handy to be so local to the park opposite, for impromptu nuts for the squirrels and ice cream for the kids!

Some empty spaces, but overall a good selection. I had to cross a busy road to get there; it was dangerous and I was scared. The chicken poppers were worth it though.

Do not ever order from this place.Every single time I’ve ordered I’ve had food missing from my deliveries. I’m putting it on here as the team pack my order and Uber won’t let me put a review. It’s actually disgusting how much the purposely miss out items that you have paid for. This evening they wrote on the receipt that my food was out of stock and then charged me for the items that THEY DIDNT HAVE!!! Like quite literally have stolen money from my account. Pathetic. I’ve never had such issues with a shop before in my life and considering it’s a branch business you would think they would be able to read and bag someone’s order.
