Great mechanics, knowledgeable and willing to listen to customers. I do a high mileage for job and require excellent service with consistent standards. Great handover process for my new Polestar. Good communication pre delivery and arrived bang on the arranged time. Handover took an hour but was well paced and everything well explained. Cannot think of anything that I would have wanted done differently.

The service we received from Lookers Volvo Hillington was first class, from the moment we entered the forecourt thinking about cars to the point we purchased our first Volvo. Our sales executive Elliot was extremely professional, efficient and helpful. He provided us with all the information, and options in a clear, concise and easy to understand way. He took time to run through all the operating proceedures when we picked up the car. He was very pleasant and friendly at all times, and rang us the next day to ask how we were getting on with our new vehicle. Two very happy customers.
