Drove down from Edinburgh on a Sunday to view a car little more difficult to sort things on a Sunday without the accounts team in phoned and spoke to Richard Lee who went above and beyond to help me get things sorted and be able drive the car away was spoken to as soon as I walked in not just left standing looking for someone and drove my new car home couldn’t have asked for a better service highly recommended

Stephanie was amazing! Went through everything to make sure i understood the ins and out of a PCP and what is covered. She made sure i liked the car and took me on a test drive before i signed up. Wonderful, when I went to look at the HS exclusive HTC. I took a test drive and was pleased with the car. I ordered on the same day. I recently bought a brand new MG4 EV from Croxdale MG and was exceptionally pleased with the level of service that I received from them, especially from Stephanie, who was brilliant in ensuring I received my car on the date I requested it. They gave me a fair trade-in deal for my old car and agreed to sell me a car on their forecourt rather than having to wait weeks for one to be ordered in especially. At no time was I pressured into buying something I didn't want or given the hard-sell treatment and therefore would not hesitate in recommending Croxdale Motors. I live closer to another MG garage but will still take my car for its servicing needs to Croxdale MG Durham, because I have confidence I'll receive the best levels of customer service from them.

I WILL BE GOING BACK TO SEE MY NEW CAR ADVIOSRICHIE LEE, I attended here in spetember to look at a car for my mobility lease. The guy that I had helping me, Richie Lee, was fab from the minute I stepped inside to the minute I collected my car in Dec.He's very friendly and easy going, willing to go through anything you want to know and will go above and beyond for his customers if he can.I sat with him a long time and kept him without a fuss to answer my questions. He allowed me to use his company car (insured of course) as there was none of mine available on the show forcourt to be able to test drive and his was the same model. He's one of those people who people will gravitate too due to his loveable charm and friendly atmosphere he portrates.I wasnt the easiest customer n had multiple convosation after the mobility lease sale with Richie. He was very willing to answer any questions i had n if didnt have the answer, well he'd call back within a few hours with the answer. We all are aware of the delays the factories suffered after the pandemic which meant dates changed as we went and Richie kept me informed at each stage.Once the car arrived Richie arranged everything once again, I didn't have to lift a finger to get my adaptions done and the orders had been placed and just needed sent to the mobility adaption company, and again when problems arose here Richie did everything he could to resolve it as quick as possible and get the car back from adaptions company. Once the car was in country and passed customs, the car was ready for delivery to coxdale MG and they transported it to Berwick and have adaptions fitted, then it was returned to Richie ready for my collection.I recieved the car within 10days of it arriving at the bottom of the countryI will defo be going back here and would recommend Richie Lee, VERY HIGHLY. Richie is 5*** service and will not rush you into a car or make u feel silly for asking any type of questions,Yep all round brilliant customer service!!!Thanks Richie for all your help you've been amazing, c ya In 3yrs hopefully for my new contract.
