Shocking. Been waiting three months for dated statements. Manager rude needs to upgrade on people skills and customer relations very aggressive. Would not bank here if it was the last bank standing.

Came in to cash a business banking Cheque. Staff were SO friendly, we were seen straight away and sorted within 10 minutes. I’ve never been to a bank with such a friendly atmosphere!

This bank has no empthany on dealing with bereaved families no idea after giving them all necessary documents we were passed on to the bereavement team who are even worse bad management we found staff to be aragont and rude you should not have to send documents three times staff could do with being trained properly

My experience is with online banking and have given a low rating as cannot get help from anyone either online or from their so called 24 hour helpline. Customer service is appalling and I wish I hadn't agreed to change to Virgin whrn Yorkshire bank was taken over by them.
