Staff are mostly surly and bark at you with no words of welcome like how can i help you " etc . I had to say hello 3 times before to get acknowledgement and One stamped my 7" vinyl record so hard after getting annoyed when i asked what type of service do they recommend for it

Extremely unreliable post office that just closes early whenever they like , many times not I’ve made my way there with an armful of parcels to be greeted by pulled down shutters at 5:30 , I even tapped on the window to say are you opening up as it’s not 6pm to be told NO ! On my way out others are walking in also with parcels as it’s after work and people want to forward on parcels , don’t waste your time !

I have been using this Post Office since its inception and the only good things I can say about this establishment is its convenience and location to where I live. Everytime I've used this Post Office I've come back home and complained about how the staff working behind the counter are unfriendly and sometimes downright rude. I have just put up with it but today I've decided to put my feelings into this review. I have now taken to saying Good morning" and repeating it until the lady behind the counter acknowledges my existence. This behaviour for a customer facing service is appalling and to be quite frank ladies

Google information is not accurate. The main post office is not open until 10pm. It closed at 6pm. Only a very limited service is then available from the co-ops own post office service.

Normally a good place and friendly staff but the last times I have attended the staff is the most irritating, rude, not empathetic and they are not friendly at all ... about everything that the post office refers to. women, above all, are the ones with the worst character.

One of the many reasons I refuse to use Royal Mail is because of the terrible service and reliability of this location.
