Lived there for a year and paid 12 months full in advance, left 2 months early and did not get deposit back whatsoever. Landlord never contacted us once during our residency , although the day we moved we were told they would be coming the following Monday to touch up some paint. Ventilation is horrible and mold is a serious issue with a multitude of the apartments. Would not ever recommend.

I have lived in this property for 2 years. The front door doesn't close/lock properly. Which means if you have a parcel and they drop it by your post box it has the chance of being stolen. Like mine was. Homeless people SLEEP in the stairwells. This has happened on multiple occasions. The walls are marked and smeared with, stuff. The one star comes from the flat if it wasn't for this I'd give zero stars. The flat isn't that bad, it's modern and nice. But that means nothing if your safety and the security of your belongings are at risk almost all the time.
