Dropped several items off for fixing and was very happy with the end result. However, it took far longer than initially told to get them mended and every time I rang they didn’t seem to know about my clothes. Had to pick them out of a line up in the end. Not a great service.

I would actually rate this as 0, avoid at all cost. Told me my alterations will be finished by a certain time to come and pick up and when I came it wasn’t done, what’s even worse was they can’t find the my item initially, made me rummage in a bunch of clothing to get it, the guy lied and said he started on it but it wasn’t touched at all, no alterations were started when we found the item. Offered to still do it but too late for me. No apologies still at this point for the delay and inconvenience caused, so I just took my item and will never use their service again

I took a pair of trousers to be taken up on Tuesday and was told they would be ready Thursday went to pick them up not ready went back Friday to pick them up could not find them in the end they did screwed up under neath the counter had not been touched will not use them again
