Had a Laser Consultation with Lauren today followed by treatment and was very impressed with the professionalism and how relaxed I was made to feel. Lauren explained everything in great detail, clearly knows her stuff and to top it all off the treatment was almost pain free. Win Win. Thanks very much, looking forward to coming back.

They were really nice and understanding with the consultation and were reassuring about any questions I had. Everything explained with great detail, and the receptionists were lovely with me and my friends queries. The underarm treatment lasted maximum 5 minutes with no pain and just redness

I had 7 sessions of full body (minus back and shoulders) laser hair removal here that started in March 2022. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. I didn’t see reduction in hair growth and they had lasered over my tattoo which resulted in burning and altered my tattoo. The manager advised that the lady who went over my tattoo was no longer working there and offered a couple of Yellow LED therapy sessions and a final session of laser instead of compensation. After I finished the sessions and some months had past there was no real difference in my hair. I then went to another laser hair removal clinic which is where I go now and it’s 1000 times better! I pay more money, but you pay for what you get. In just 6 sessions I am practically hair free due to them using a higher setting. The laser does sting a bit compared to when I was going to Laser Clinics but that is because they are using a higher setting - the laser machine being used is the exact same! When I showed my new therapist what settings were being used on me at my last session at Laser Clinics she was shocked and said it’s way too low, especially for my 7th session. No wonder I didn’t see a difference! They use the lowest settings to keep you coming back for more sessions. Avoid this place.

A very clean clinic with excellent professionalism from staff and great customer service. Friendly, helpful and reassuring therapists who are always patient and caring. Lovely greetings from the receptionists upon arrival (especially Tash). The receptionists do an amazing job in ensuring the booking process is quick and efficient. Definitely would recommend the services/treatments offered! A great range of products on display and advice always on hand from staff to help with any queries. Overall, a fantastic place with a welcoming atmosphere and terrific staff who make each visit comfortable, easy and pleasant!

But this one is on my Top list, They have highly trained laser Technicians and skin therapists, who goes extra miles to help you with your concerns and help you achieve your skin goals.Last treatment I had was with Hetal and She's the Best!!! she's very professional and has a lot of knowledge behind skin health. She helped me pick the right Medical grade products to use for my skin as I have suffered with acne and pigmentation. In past I have used many other high street brands but nothing solved my concerns. So I have decided to go for medical grade products and I have been using Their institute skin care range since last 3 months. I have seen amazing results on face as well as my body. It's very affordable and they have some really good discounts on products as well as their laser/skin treatments.I would highly recommend anyone who suffers with any skin concerns. I have been coming here since January when I finally my made the decision to start laser hair removal. The team are always really friendly professional, informative and make me feel completely at ease. The hair removal is relatively painless, treatment is so quick I can pop in at lunch time then get back to work. My results have been so good that I added extra areas on- not sure why I didn’t have laser hair removal years ago!I also had my first micro needling session last month and after a day of redness I have already seen the benefits in my skin.

I went in for laser hair removal on my legs, bikini area and underarms. I didn't see any kind of results for the first week so I waited another week and still nothing, not one hair had fallen out or hair thinning whatsoever, so I called up and the woman on the phone just turned it on me and said I am not expected to see any results until the 10th session minimum and that their treatments are hair reduction and not hair loss so I wouldn't be seeing hair falling out. It is just a scam, there are so many better places that will give you actual hair removal. £160 gone to waste, never going back.

Wonderful place for treatments for skin issues. Great service. Very understanding and welcoming team of professionals guides you through the process of what to expect and what not to pre and post-treatment. Absolutely amazed by the laser treatment I’ve been receiving which is completely pain free.My go to place for any time of aesthetic concern.

Laser clincs are amazing. I’ve seen fantastic results since going to the clinic. All the staff are really friendly, in particular Lauren who was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout

I have my monthly enzymatic grade peels from here & usually done by Hetal. The entire team is great. Professional & friendly. I like that every step is explained before it’s done. But mostly I like that I see an instant glow and always get complimented by people on that day. Every time I feel like my skin is getting dull & getting scars, I can’t wait to pass by. And the prices are great! I totally recommend. Most definitely on my list for whenever I have an upcoming event & need the glow.
