Charlotte done an absolutely top job on my sons hair tonight, he loves it, Thankyou so much. Finally found someone who he trusts ❤️❤️❤️

I was nervous about finding a new stylist, especially as I was going for a complete restyle, but had Ultima recommended to me by a friend. Everyone was very welcoming. My stylist listened to my concerns, and my requirements, then we had a discussion about possible options. I was extremely happy with the end result. I never once felt rushed, and left with some new ideas to think about for my next cut. I will be back!

Great salon. Brilliant staff who listen to what you want. They follow all covid infection control guidelines & make you feel safe and confident. Would definitely recommend them.

I had my hair done at ultimate last week, half a head of foils which I have to say I am really pleased with I also had a fringe put in again very happy. This was with a new member of staff, Charlotte. The reason for only 3 stars is the professionalism or lack of, I understand hairdressers and people in general can be loud, eccentric and outgoing but it was a bit much. Whilst in my appointment she was very loud, running about and not at all professional. When my colour was on I wasn’t offered a magazine and was just left sat there. Also there was talk in the salon regarding other staff that have now left again unprofessional. A shame because my hairs lovely, but I’m put off with the rest and feel uncomfortable.

Charlotte was fantastic, she talked me out of going grey gracefully & did an amazing job turning my ageing long hair into a pink & purple masterpiece. It looks fantastic & the condition is feeling great

I have lived in Derbyshire for 11 years and finally found a great hairdresser. Charlotte is an absolute dream, she is passionate about her work, listens to what you want and basically creates a masterpiece! Everyone was so friendly, it's decor is great, clean and just a great place to spend a few hours getting your hair done. I left feeling like part of the family and can't wait to return in 6 weeks. X
