Working hours on Saturday is till 5:30pm, I came after 1pm but parcel collection was not possible and I was advised to pick it Monday. Waste of time

To many people being mean about my local post office. I've been going here since I was a teenager. The man who works behind the parcel and serves counter has always been there and he's lovely. We get loads if bargains from there. Great food with short date offers. Our community isn't a wealthy one and it all helps. I love this post office and the people there. A propper community place

Staff at the post office are extremely rude! I have never been made to feel so belittled by professionals whose first priority should be their customers. Their patronising use of language and their stares are of a bullying nature and it was with great difficulty that I bit my tongue. I have never used this post office, as my local post office provides a high standard of service but were unfortunately closed, so it is goes without saying I will not be visiting here again!!

I've been going to this post office for many years. The counter staff are very helpful..curtious and friendly. I send many parcels to USA,and they are always helpful. I renewed my passport there a few months ago...so easy with them. Yes there is a line some days, but where isnt there on a busy day!! You can't blame the PO for that!! Had to say this because l saw so many negative reports!!! I might add that the shop.is good for groceries, wine, at good prices. M.A. Lakin

The worst post office experience every time, without fail. Very unhelpful and patronising staff, long queues and chaotic lack of disorganisation. I’ve used this post office twice out of necessity, but never again now.

Went here to send a parcel after receiving incredibly rude service from the Humber Road post office earlier in the day. The staff initially said they weren't able to help (they don't take large parcels on Saturdays apparently). Because of the aforementioned bad experience (and generally not having a great week) I got a bit frustrated and upset. Both of the staff members were incredibly kind to me, ultimately helping me achieve my goal of sending my parcel, and reminding me that there is still a lot of kind people around. I'm so happy I came here instead of going back to Humber Road.

Applied for pass port here and they didn't even take the picture properly and had to do it myself. Didn't do fast track due to the suggestions of the staff and was told it would be back within a week. Turns out it took longer than that and ruined our holidays and made us take picture ourself. If you want your stuff don't properly go elsewhere

This Post Office always gives fabulous service. I just renewed my driving licence with them on Wednesday 22 January 2020 and my new one with me on Saturday 25 January. Quick easy service, great value for money, Simples!!! Keep our Post Offices, use them!! so much better than online services, the personal touch!
