Great Customer Service From Branden helping with a used car sale. Value for money, car was prepped to a good standard, serviced MOT and cleaned and inspected and minor problems rectified to my satisfaction. I was kept updated with the progress and took delivery on time. We have bought new and used cars from Barlow motors and their predecessor Robert Eardley and always had a Friendly and pleasant transaction.

I bought Skoda Octavia estate sportline in Barlow Motors SKODA Stoke-on-Trent in April 2023. Good sales service but bad post sale service.The rubber edging at front passenger seat side was found broken. Which I just got my car within 2 weeks.Rainy day when I received my car, and busy at that period of time, I have no time to check everything in detail that's why I buy car from the manufacturer approved dealer. I usually sit on driver side so I am not open that passenger side often. Few days later when I take a ride for my wife, she found that rubber edge was broken.I had contacted the sales by phone and E-mail the above issue, but I still now, no further reply from the Sales manager.Is it worth to trust the manufacturer approved dealer?

Went in to look at a car on thursday afternoon. Sales staff were busy so dealt with the sales manager (Michael) directly. They had the car I wanted in stock and we managed to get to an agreement on price. Got everything sorted and the car was ready for me the very next day. When I picked the car up a young sales lad spend half an hour with me going through the skoda app and all the controls of the car. From start finish a great experience, will be sending family and friend to this show room as I know they will be looked after by the staff. Very happy customer!!!!!

Dealt with Brandon at Barlow Motors he knew what car I was looking for and notified me as soon as it came in. The whole process was easy and Brandon was great he made me feel I was getting the best deal possible. Throughout the whole process Brandon’s commutation was great providing videos of the car and constant feedback, also including follow up calls to see how I’m getting in with the car and reassuring me that he’s there if I need anything.
