Unfortunately not a good visit .. only boots wanted one on show been stretched so too big. So we will order on line then to be told by assistant that on line I will get one that has been on show in other shop ..... so guess what I will buy somewhere else poor move schuh. ... my first bad experience. ..

went today to buy some converse trainers.staff really really helpful and friendly.Gave me loads of advice and helped loads regarding the size style and how they looked.Thank you a great experience

We drove out to Nuneaton on Sunday to look at Schuh to get school shoes,.Now on arrival to the shop my Daughter has walking sticks now the staff member talk about rude wasn't interested that we was in the shop, don't think he wanted to b there.When we asked for help measuring her feet he said no what size is she & I will look for her size but to b fair with you there wasn't a selection to look atVery small ShopBut most of all customer service is very Very poorI was going to give 0stars that's what you deserve

Asked for my size on 2 different pairs of shoes....not in stock, had to order them, could have done that from the comfort of my home rather than a wasted trip to shop. Get a grip Schuh!!!
