Fantastic introduction to parkour for my youngest son. AJ, (and the other staff), is a great teacher who prioritises safety from the very first session.We mostly attended the Alexandra Palace course (clambering around the park, benches, steps, skate park etc) but also did some days over in the Olympic park which offered a fun new set of challenges.The progress my son has made was in evidence over the summer as he capably scaled some giant rocks on a beach in Devon, and the progress I have made is that I wasn’t worried about him falling!Highly recommended - confidence, teamwork, cooperation, respect and above all fun.
