This company I have had 7 carpets from these guys started off great even laughed off the fact that they covered my drive in oil then they sent some untrained fitters to lay a carpet but I had to pay another fitter to rectify anyway gave this company another chance but waited 3 weeks for contact rang them in the week but a lady was I would was really not helpful rang again today with my concerns and spoke to Craig who normally is nice when you are in the shop buying but when things aren’t quite right becomes rude and doesn’t seem to care I have another property to have a full set of carpets but unfortunately I shall not be using these lot again be careful

Went to ask for a whole 1 bed flat to be measured they were so UNHELPFUL told me to go and measure it roughly myself stairs included haha and bring back sizes so they could quote a price and then they will measure up how can anyone run a business like this !!!!!!

Went for lino offcut for a summerhouse. They have many end of lines as well as expensive items. Young shop assistant was very helpful and friendly and loaded purchased item into the car for us.

There’s a reason this store has very few negative reviews because they are phenomenal! Craig and his team went above and beyond. I was being mugged off by a previous company and craig came and measured my entire house the same day that i walked into the store. From walking in and purchasing to fitting, the entire process was incredible, the team at shropshire carpets were more than helpful from start to finish. The fitters have done a brilliant job and my carpets are beautiful, thick and warm. Thank you so much again!

I would recommend Shropshire carpets for a wide variety of carpets at competitive prices. Very obliging shop staff especially Luke. Carpet fitters very professional, neat and tidy. Will definitely shop there again

Got my carpets and vinyl fitted on January from Shropshire Carpets. The guys in store helped us choose the right carpet, which I enjoy every day.The prices were very reasonable.The fitting service was excellent. The gentleman that took the measurements was spot on.The two young lads that came (unfortunately, I don't remember their names) and fitted everything were very professionals(don't let their young age fool you) and very experienced.I would highly recommend....

Poor.Went in store with some measurements. Chose a carpet and booked a home measure up to confirm amount needed for four rooms.Measure up went without a hitch.Four weeks and four phone calls later (during which the staff all blamed each other for the delay), I decided to go elsewhere rather than trust this shambles with my money.

Fantastic service, would highly recommend! Really brilliant staff in store who helped pick the right, high-quality carpets for our entire home, they were available really quickly to fit it all, and the fitter did an excellent job. Really lovely people to work with and would highly recommend :-) Available much sooner than the big high street brands, really glad we chose to support a local business.

This is a great carpet store. Alex and Craig really helpful struck a good price and the fitters did a fine job and as helpful as the others in the team. I was recommended to Shropshire Carpets and I'm very glad I bought my carpets and vinyl from them. A local firm you should give them a try too - I give them a 100% recommendation.
