Chapter and Verse

I can't believe it's taken me this long to write this but life... Ben created the most beautiful wedding video of our wedding last October and it makes us cry every single time. He fits in seamlessly to the day and you don't even know he's around but he's able to capture even the smallest moments. Our photographer raved about him and said he was a dream to work with too (which I also think is really important!) We loved his unstaged style and golden editing vibes which worked perfectly for our venue and autumn feels. If I were ever to get married again (which I hopefully won't have to do but if I did...) I would hire Ben in a heartbeat! Thank you again Ben, you were truly amazing! Xxx

We absolutely adore our wedding film. It is so incredibly special to us and we couldn’t be happier with it. Ben did an amazing job capturing everything important to us. He encapsulated the day perfectly. The way it is edited and the music to match is so clever.When we watched our film, there was laughter and happy tears. We were so excited to share the film with our friends and family and relive it all again. People who aren’t usually emotional even cried. We had comments such as, “It’s like a movie.” “It’s like we are at the wedding day again.”As the bride, it was amazing to see bits of the day that you couldn’t on the actual day, e.g. the groom and groomsmen getting ready and the bridesmaids walking down the aisle. Even things that I was there for but didn’t get chance to really take in. The film holds so much emotion for us and is something we will absolutely treasure forever and continue to watch and share for years to come.Finally, Ben is such a lovely guy. On the day he made you feel super relaxed and you wouldn’t have even known he was there. We would 100% recommend him for any wedding and feel having a videographer is essential. We had such an amazing experience with Ben we couldn't recommend Chapter and Verse highly enough. As soon as I watched a friends wedding video we booked Ben to shoot our own wedding and we're so glad we did.The outcome is amazing, exactly what we wanted and he's captured the day perfectly for us. Working with Ben was by far one of the best wedding decisions we made. We almost didn’t have a wedding videographer but I am SO glad we did and SO glad we were recommended Ben. Every step, from the initial meetings, to the actual day and to the final video, exceeded all our expectations. We contacted Ben from chapter and verse at extremely late notice to see if he could film our wedding. Even given the extremely tight timelines the attention to detail was exceptional. We had planned calls prior to the day to go through how the day would flow, along with with ideas of what would be good to capture (buttonholes/gifts etc) along with timelines. We can honestly can say he made the day so relaxed where we were not sure of what to do he would offer guidance. our final video at the end was sensational. You deal with a lot of suppliers/ businesses when arranging a wedding but we can say with confidence Ben was by far one of the best Thank you Ben you have been an absolute star from start to finish! :-)

Ben was absolutely amazing from the first email we sent him to getting back our wedding video! We were so nervous about picking a videographer for our wedding abroad but Ben made us feel at ease and made everything seem seamless. We absolutely love our video and will cherish it forever! Amazing videographer. Friendly, very skilful and thorough. He made us both feel very comfortable and was barely visible throughout the day but he got great shots, very discreet. His final edits of our wedding were incredible, it’s a joy to watch them back and relive our big day. We would definitely recommend Ben and Chapter & Verse.

I can safely say choosing Ben as our videographer was one of the best wedding decisions we made. We had an initial chat before we booked him where he talked us through the process and hints and tips on how he's found weddings run the most smoothly. Then in the lead up to the wedding he was on hand to sort out any issues. We had to sort a video license for our ceremony venue and when we asked Ben for his advice he said don't worry I will sort it and he did. On the day he was so lovely and calm and we never felt awkward or pushed around it was just like hanging out with a friend. He then did an amazing teaser video for Instagram a few days after our wedding which was so lovely and exciting to see just a snippet of our day so close after the wedding. And then our weddings videos arrived a few weeks later and they are beyond our wildest dreams. Ben asked us what words we would choose to describe our dream wedding video and we chose emotional and romantic but actually they are so much more than that they are absolutely breathtaking and after 15+ times of watching the documentary film we notice a new special moment he captured and love it more each time. All of our friends have been blown away by Ben's skill and care in crafting the videos and we will treasure them forever. Thank you Ben - the everlasting memories you have given us are priceless.

Highly recommended. Ben was fantastic in the lead up to the wedding keeping us informed of what the plan would be on the day, and also very accommodating when we had to move our date due to Covid. And when it came to the day he was very much there capturing the moments, but without us even noticing. The final films we received back were edited and created with care, and uploaded on a beautifully designed website that we could easily share with our friends and family. Thanks Ben, you did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier!
