The day before the event, we received a voicemail that was rather blunt, enquiring about the status of the event and the final payment. This initial interaction left us feeling slightly taken aback, as we had already made the payment and were under the impression that everything was in order. However, we promptly reached out to the individual who left the voicemail to clarify the situation.During our conversation, we explained that the payment had indeed been made, which seemed to surprise the person on the other end of the line. They assured us that they would check the payment records and call us back within a minute. Unfortunately, we did not receive the promised callback, which left us feeling uncertain and slightly concerned about the status of our order.On the day of the event, we decided to send an email to the company to confirm that everything was in order. To our relief, we received a response acknowledging the payment discrepancy and offering an apology for the absence of the promised callback. The email assured us that the payment had not been properly allocated and that steps were being taken to rectify the situation. While we appreciated the acknowledgment and apology, the lack of communication and the initial confusion had already left a sour taste in our mouths.Throughout the weekend, we couldn't help but feel a sense of unease and uncertainty about the reliability of the company's services. We believe that the situation could have been handled much better, with clearer communication and more reassurance from the company. A proactive approach to addressing the payment discrepancy and providing regular updates would have gone a long way in alleviating our concerns and ensuring a smoother experience.In conclusion, while the event equipment provided by this company met our needs, the overall experience was marred by communication issues and a lack of reassurance.
