David and his team were absolutely fantastic. They delivered a superb service, finished the job on time with no hassle and all of the work was tier one quality. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Watched one of their vans discard trash out their window directly onto the public footpath outside the marina in benson on the 4th of august (OX44). If the people working there can't be bothered to show the most basic respect for where other people live how on earth can you expect them to respect your property with their work? disgusting.

Maple installed some very ornate plaster cornice throughout our ground floor. The whole process was seamless - they handled everything from ordering the cornice to having it delivered. The finished result is absolutely beautiful and flawless. Given the ornate nature of the cornice, it was not an easy task and it involved lowering the window architrave. Everyone we met from Maple were so helpful and polite. It was a pleasure to work with them. We will certainly be calling on them again.

I have just opened a second Tattoo Removal and Skin Rejuvenation Studio in Bristol. I didn't know the area and a friend of a friend recommended Maple Construction. Maple are brilliant, we asked them to start a job for us with a 5 week deadline and ensured that there was someone on site from the get go to help get a head start. Friendly, patient and willing to talk through all the plans they really do set a high standard. The brilliant thing is they will travel, put the hours in and there's a can do attitude.

Maple Construction have proved to be a first class builder and a pleasure to work with in a remodelling and extension of our home. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for similar projects.We selected Maple Construction on the basis of:1. Initial interview with the director displaying a clear understanding of our requirements and ‘can-do’ solutions based approach2. Competitive quote with clear cost breakdown3. Availability to start according to our plans4. Longstanding local presence.Maple commenced with gusto on the agreed start date. The build schedule was 12 to 14 weeks. Maples always showed a clear commitment to maintaining the schedule although completion of the project was delayed a couple of weeks – due to issues beyond Maples control.Maples were flexible throughout and proved to be solutions based without ‘teeth sucking’ when build issues were discovered or when requirements were changed.Maple staff were pleasant and helpful at all times, indeed often went above and beyond. There was a high level of communication both ways via multiple channels – mobile, email, WhatsApp – and very responsive. The project manager and two main on-site builders were particularly helpful and competent.After the main build there were a number of small completion items and Maple again demonstrated full commitment to getting these done quickly and ensuring the site was left clean and tidy.Payment was bi-weekly based upon completed work and it was never necessary to query any invoice submitted. The total costs were fully in-line with the original estimate except where variations were pre-agreed due to our own requirement variations as the project progressed.There is no doubt that we were concerned to place our largest asset into Maples – or anyone else’s - hands to remove structural walls and be held up on props whilst steels were inserted - but Maple came through and we are delighted with the result.
