I just wanted to document my disappointment in the communication skills of your staff1. My last appointment on 16/4/21 with Joel very pleased with my hair colour & cut etc & made my next appointment for Saturday 29 May ( my usual 6 weekly revisit) when I got home I checked my bank account & realized I’d been charged £25.00 extra from my last visit I rang the salon & spoke to the receptionist on duty who explained Joel’s fees had increased but I wasn’t informed when the booking was made after lockdown. I explained I couldn’t financially justify this big increase so agreed to have your stylist on my next visit.2. On 29 May I noted I hadn’t received a reminder txt for my appointment at 11am so attempted to ring 4 times from 9.05am at 9.30am I left a message to confirm appointment by 9.57 I had no reply so left another message to say I would arrive at 11 as planned.On arrival the receptionist took my name & asked me what I was having done then asked me to take a seat. She then spoke to a member of staff then proceeded to tell me my appointment was booked for 5/6/21 I said that was incorrect I recorded my next appointment in the salon on booking which was 6 weeks later this time on Saturday as Friday was busy.So again I’ve been let down by staff poor communication skills & incompetence I was looking forward to getting my hair done today as I’m going out somewhere special later so extremely disappointed I told the receptionist & I believe it was a Hairdressor. I told them I will have to find another Hairdressor as I can no longer trust your service . It is such a pity as I like to support small businesses & have read good reviews on your Facebook page but they were for hair & beauty treatments onlyI do hope you continue to thrive as a business but maybe in future don’t rely on social media to update changes as not everyone follows or has access

Great place for eyebrow wax and tint, highly recommend.

Joel is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. Great shampoo head massage, great colour, great cut and great blow dry. Highly recommend.

I would give zero if possible!They don't answer the phone ever. They have very few staff carrying out treatments and they cancel your treatment the night before without even a phone call.The cancelled my appointment the night before without even a phone call. All I got was a lousy text. Very unprofessional, never had this with any other company.I had tried to reschedule my appointment well within their 48 hour limit but they don't answer. So I even tried walking in to reschedule but there was only one person in the studio and she told me she was too busy. So she tells me to write my number down and will call me later to reschedule. I then get a phone call one day later and as I am re-booking the appointment she tells me that I have lost my deposit for the last booking because I hadn't given them enough notice! What an absolute joke.These people clearly don't care about the treatment of others. All they care about is taking your money and not bothering to answer the phone.

Absolutely love this place! Vibe and decor spot on and treatments to match! Best blowdrys I’ve ever had! Staff are very helpful and friendly… my first choice for treatments always!
