Arrived on time, made no mess and he did a great job at removing the coffee staine from our carpet. We are chuffed with the result, and would be happy to use his service again. He also gave us good advice for the future!

Russell cleaned my sofa this morning and arrived on time, was very professional and spoke to me about all possible outcomes before starting and asked me for how I wished for him to tackle the dirt in my sofa. After a couple hours my sofa came up better than I'd have imagined. I will definitely use Pro Steam again. Would highly recommend!

Russ did a great job on my used car that had been badly abused by the previous owners. Heavy cigarette and wet dog odor dealt with. If I spill something on the carpet at home I know who I'm going to call.

Russ was fantastic. Extremely professional, thorough and has a great attention to detail. Needed a small hatchback cleaning after a post-party incident in the back of the car. The car had initially had a clean somewhere else, but the odours and some staining still remained. Worried the smell and remnants will never come out.Phoned up Russ, very confident he can fix the problem. He immediately outlined what he planned to do. Saying that he needed to remove the seats, steam and chemical clean all upholstered surfaces.When dropping off the car, Russ shone a UV light on the affected area after in the 'incident'. We could immediately see what remained after the previous clean. We left it with Russ for two days and on return he shone the backlight throughout the car. It was spotless! You wouldn't be able to tell anything had happened in the car. I even put my nose up to the area affected and I couldn't smell anything.(Stones and dirt in the footwells is from when driving the car back. We picked it up and it was spotless).I can't recommend him enough. Russ will get you out of a pickle!Thanks a lot.

We had Russ at Prosteam in today to clean our stair & landing carpets as well as a wool footstool which was stained due to our dog being unwell. Both look completely brand new and we can’t thank him enough. Russ is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about all things carpet & upholstery cleaning. I would highly recommend.

I called ProSteamUK following an accidental paint spillage in the boot of my car. They were very helpful advising how to limit further damage and were able to visit following a short holiday break and did a first class job of removing the remaining paint. It would be impossible to see that there had been a spillage if you were not looking for it. Throughout our discussions they were courteous and proactive in understanding the required works. I would have no hesitation in using them again (hopefully not too soon!) and recommend them highly. Good service and excellent value for money.

Russ, was incredibly rude regarding some work to be carried out in my property.It was for Amtico stripping and sealing. The work was not carried out and the job was cancelled in advance. The way I was treated and responded to by him was extremely rude as a customer despite every effort to remedy the situation he was not interested and doubted the situation.

Russ was very quick to respond to my enquiry and explained exactly what would be done to seal our new Amtico flooring.He arrived on time and was highly professional throughout. The job done was perfect - and has enhanced the look of the floor considerably.

After a local cleaning service" left my car sopping wet and going mouldy
