Terrible experience every time I go here to get my hair cut. I had a haircut today at this barbershop and your barbers don’t seem to understand what their customers want. I had nice wavy hair I only wanted a trim and my top wavy hair to be a little shorter but the barber who cut my hair messed up my hairstyle and made my hair extremely shorter than I wanted. He opened my curls. Why don’t you guys just listen to what the customers want. Gave me a £6 haircut and expect me to pay £12?? I am never coming back to your barbershop. I am really unsatisfied with my haircut. I told your barber I don’t want it to be this short but he didn’t listen. Please listen to what your customers want. Don’t give them a haircut you think is suitable for them. I have to redo my curls now. Most barbers there have curly hair. I thought you’d understand what kind of hairstyle I want but you opened my damn curls. Now my hair is no longer wavy and it’s extremely short. I am so angry at these stupid illiterate barbers. If I could I’d sue your barbershop for what you’ve done to my hair.

Very bad experience. The boy who cut my hair was useless. He spoke very bad English and did not understand what I told him. I asked him to fade my beard and instead I got a number 1 on all my beard. I asked him to thread above my cheeks, he decided to use the machine to trim this hair. Very upset. Will never go back here again

Moved to East London recently and I have been looking for new barber shop for some time . Finally found it and Hassani is very talented! Will definitely come back every month.

What a terrible place to have a haircut! The barber finished the rather shoddy haircut in under 10 minutes and couldn’t even shape the beard property!! And they are not cheap at all. Avoid at all costs!

Good barbers in terms of haircuts and generally a nice bunch of lads. However customer service is poor! They are too unware of thier surroundings and you could sit there for hour without anyone noticing you are waiting fo a haircut. Someone walks in and says he has an appointment and jumps in front of you in the que! (no proper system for appointments). The other problem is a couple of barbers keep going for cigarettes between haircuts even if its busy- then they come back and have no idea who was next in que - then they get people they familiar with or any random customer on the chair for next haircut! This happened to me. I was the only customer waiting and the barber had cut someones hair, went for a cigarette/playing with his phone then came back 20 mins later and called the guy that just happened to walk in. I literally thought i must be invisible because none of the other barbers even noticed - 2 were at the reception area on thier phones. Finally one of the barbers (who himself was getting a beard trim) finished up and after 30 mins in a non busy shop acknowledged me and gave me haircut. Good haircuts, nice guys but cowboy like service.

Good hard working boys. Will always give you their full attention and great service. Recommended. going there for 3 years now.

Nice staff but apart from one barber the rest are useless at actually cutting hair.They don't understand English very well. I've been using them for two years and only twice have I got what I asked for. Silly me for trying again and again but most of the guys there can only cut short hairstyles and do fades. They also keep trimming my ears which is never asked for and always leaves my ears itchy, with hair growing back thicker.Recent haircut was the final straw though. I asked him to keep my hair long as I wanted to grow it out, my man basically gave me a buzz cut.Never again.
