I just collected my new car yesterday. The whole experience with JCT600 Seat on Sticker Lane was second to none, completely different compared to other dealers and much better I must say. Tom took me through the whole process from first looking at the car, arranging and taking the test drive, all the paperwork and then walking away with the keys! He is a brilliant guy and definitely deserves commendation for the service he provides! He was extremely helpful and knowledgable, not only about the car but everything else that comes with purchasing one! Thank you again Tom!

Picked up my new Motability car one week ago, a Seat Arona FR and was attended to by Malaika. Priority from the a start nice brew of coffee, then out to see my new Arona. Malaika went over everything inside and out even the boot double floor.All my questions were answered without having to check with anyone else, then inside to finish the paperwork.She made sure that I understood everything before signing.Top marks Malaika a definite 5***** service.Thank you so much Jim

Even throughout this pandemic and shortage of parts for the vehicles, she managed to keep me informed every 2 weeks giving me progress updates on the vehicle that I factory ordered. My partner and I downsized from our Ateca to an Arona partly for financial reasons and partly because we had an Arona before and preferred this over the larger Ateca. The service and attention given to us by Sales Manager James Kendall and his Sales Exec Donna O’Melia has been second-to-none. They’ve gone out of their way to keep us informed and given us the best price for our Ateca. Donna even came in on her day off to handover the new Arona to us. Recommended.

I booked in for a test drive of the new Arona, and couldn't be more happier with the service and attention I received from Lee-ana, I picked up my new car 4 days after my test drive, and I am extremely happy with my new vehicle.Very nice staff and not at all pushy like some other car showrooms, cheers Lee-ana and everyone at Bradford Seat.
